While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Warning Citrus Bergamot Health

Warning: Impossible to cancel, hidden subscription trap!

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Citrus Bergamot Health. (tryhealthyblood.com) I want to warn other consumers about their deceptive billing and customer service practices.
Hidden Subscription: I originally signed up for a one-time trial order. Instead, the company secretly enrolled me in a full one-year recurring subscription without my explicit consent.
Impossible to Cancel: There is no clear or functional way to cancel this service. Their website (Healthy Blood) instructs users to cancel via their mobile app, but neither the website nor the app actually allows you to cancel the subscription.
Ignored Communications: I have sent numerous emails requesting a cancellation and have received absolutely no response from the company.

Unauthorized Charges: They continue to automatically charge my Mastercard. Because the company completely ignores cancellation requests, I have been forced to file formal disputes with my credit card company to stop the unauthorized charges.
Avoid this company at all costs. They make it incredibly easy to charge your card, but completely impossible to opt out.
