Criminals

This is a cloned website of others like Audora which operate for a while and then close when the bad reviews mount up from those wanting a refund. They then change the domain name and carry on defrauding people. They are criminals.

New scam site for gethearwell.

This is the same company as gethearwell.co.uk and is an another scam. This company will not provide you with any business address or and will completely disregard you consumer rights, plus actively misrepresent them. Do not trade with them at all - they are operating unlawfully. They should be closed and the people behind them traced and dealt with.

Be very careful about trying hearing…

Be very careful about trying hearing aids from this company. The 45 day better hearing trial is not what you might think it is. They are continually asking for feedback by asking questions in such a way as to gather information that will negate any claim you have for a full refund, very deceiving! As with many other reviews they only offer a partial refund of £45

They tell you it's a 45 day trial

They tell you it's a 45 day trial, but when you tell them the aids aren't right for you, they ask you loads of questions (over a six week period), then all they offer is a £45 partial refund - but only if you return the product. i.e. NO full refund is offered.
Avoid this company if you want a hassle-free trial of hearing aids.

TOTAL CON

TOTAL CON! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

The 45 home trial is a complete lie. I exchanged around 15 emails with "Christine" who explained over and over that the refund policy doesn't apply to hearing aids! This is what they sell and offer a 45 day home trial for. It does not state this in the refund policy.

IT'S A CON

Furthermore the hearing aids are really poor quality.

This is now with my bank and Trading Standards.
