I generated few images for 24$ looking like AI from 2024. Seriously???
Company said there is a 14 day- moeny back guarante - but they dint said that if you try anthing - you cant get a refund..

Be warned: Holo’s refund policy makes it almost impossible to properly try the service.

You may request a refund within seven days—but only if you have not used any credits. Their policy specifically says that using even one credit for a test removes your refund eligibility.

So how are customers supposed to check the quality without generating anything?

I signed up because Holo’s advertising showed high-quality, professional posts. The results I received were appalling and nowhere near the standard shown in the advertising. I requested a refund approximately one hour after signing up, but Holo refused because I had used credits to test the product.

In my experience, the advertising did not fairly represent the quality I received. Customers should understand that once they test the service, Holo may refuse a refund—even if they complain almost immediately.

Read the refund policy carefully, take screenshots of the advertising, and think very carefully before paying and certainly DO NOT sign up for a year or 6 months!!!!

So simple. Great organization and scheduling. I have never advertised before. I started this company 24 years ago. I figured it was time to let you guys take care of some of the things I have neglected in the past, now that I have almost 25 years in my company. I don't want to find clients. I want clients to find me.

It was very easy to set up. It created good creative ads for me to utilise on both Instagram and Facebook and when I changed the prompts to allow more ethnicities in, it did it straight away.

Hard to believe the abundance of positive reviews on Holo Ai. Maybe I'm an outlier.
This program creates ads for social, etc. The engine is slow, often 15-20min for an image ChatGPT could render in 1 min. The result is often fake looking, full of hallucinations or just plain wrong. HERES THE CATCH: The company charges PER RENDER, even if the result is garbage. You have to ask for refunds with screenshots of bad results. The fees for this product are stated as "monthly fees" aka, you pay monthly to use the program. This simply isn't true. You get charged PER RENDER. Totally misleading. Another bait and switch scam from the AI boom. Move along or wait for these types of programs to catch up.

Great app overall! I find Holo AI easy to use and love the creative possibilities. My biggest frustration is that generating the right image can sometimes use a lot of credits, especially when multiple attempts are needed. I’d love to see improvements in accurately reproducing product labels and creating more pristine, polished product shots. There’s still room to grow, but overall, it’s a great tool with a lot of potential! and by the way i have both products for marketing and for product photos generation.

Im new to Holo, but so far it looks like its going to help. the layout is nice and the overall product in also very well put together. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Holo. Their customer service has been excellent—responsive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist when I have questions.

At first, the platform felt like it had a bit of a learning curve, but now that I’ve taken the time to really explore and understand the interface, I’m finding it much easier to use than I initially thought. There are a lot of useful features built into the platform, and the more I learn, the more I appreciate what Holo offers.

Great customer support makes a huge difference, and Holo definitely gets that part right. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn the platform and seeing what I can accomplish with it. So far, I’m very pleased with my experience.

On my very first day using Holo, I found a winning creative for a product that was already performing well. Holo helped me craft great marketing slogans, keep my social media feeds full, and came up with creative angles I would have never thought of on my own. Highly recommend!

Holo gets my brand to a T! I give a prompt for a concept and it nails it beyond my expectations.

For the most part it works very well. You have to describe it very carefully. It also uses credits for videos that there platform screws up which is a bummer.

Absolutely disgraceful.

I paid for an account, was charged immediately, and never received access to a working workspace. I contacted support repeatedly and was completely ignored. No response, no solution, no refund—nothing.

To make matters even worse, the charges on my credit card keep coming for a service I have never been able to use.

This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with an online company. In my experience, I paid for a service that was never delivered, while they continued taking my money and ignored every attempt to resolve the issue.

Stay away unless you're willing to risk paying for something you may never receive.
