Company is trash

Company is trash. I purchased a chiller May 2025, it died December 2025. They only have a text number to reach "support" or an email and they do not respond. Its been over a week and no response. I have a friggin 1 year warranty I purchased as well. Company sells trash and does not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, you will be sorry.

Chiller returned— waiting on refund

I ordered this Ice Chiller for my Son as a gift. When he received it, I found out it’s not what he wanted. I emailed the company and they offered me $100 to keep it or I could return for a full refund.  I chose to return it. I was sent a return label which I thought was excellent customer service. I tracked the package and it was received by the company on November 3rd, 2025.  My issue is I haven’t received my refund back as of yet.  I emailed the company numerous times and have been told they will escalate my refund and I will get it soon.  It’s well over a month since they have their product back and I have no refund.  Please help me resolve this. I was speaking with Sebastian, and always received an immediate response, and now I’m being ghosted.

Tryicebox.com CRAP!!!

This is far from the quality product they promote. The set up is NOT instant, the temperature is NOT constantly maintained (difficult to drop below 40 degrees even though they market it otherwise), and is the most affordable on the market because it’s junk. I purchased this for personal use and within one year it crashed and is still sitting in my garage. I used it as stated within all parameters and did not strain the machine on any level and it ceased to even operate inside one year. Crazy! Anybody can offer a 30 to 90 day guarantee because most junk makes it that long…and they will for sure answer that call in all their marketing efforts. Unfortunately, when it inevitably crashes, even reaching out to customer service will yield it them and stringing you along (me over a month) with no real solution. Don’t waste your money on this crap! It won’t hold temperature and will likely crash well before you were hoping it’s life time would be span and will include little to know true solution focused customer service. This is a money making marketing ploy...don’t bother with being catfish bait!

Go with a better quality brand

The pump stopped working after four months. No support from the company as far as information needed to replace it. They only offer a 90-day warranty. I will replace this chiller with a unit from a reputable brand. Most others offer a one year warranty. Poor product, poor customer service, overall bad experience with this company.

Fantastic Product and Service

Fantastic product and service. I had an issue with my IceBox about a week after I received it, and the customer support (Sebastian) was very helpful and responded to my email almost immediately. Turns out it was user error, but this is overall a great business and I am happy to leave them a 5 star review.

AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is a SCAM! I ordered my chiller over 4 weeks ago and I haven’t received it. BUYER BEWARE. I can’t even get a response from customer service.
