Good experience
My company is still in the process of being set up because of COVID, but overall support, easy process and communication with the company are very satisfying for that attractive price. Especially I would like to thank Roda for her patience and fast responses to my questions. I would recommend Jumpstart as a good partner to form a company.

I paid jumpstart money to set up my company may 2020. Until now February 2021, I am unable to reach them or get any response. The worst part is they do not have a phone number. They gave me an EIN that does not exist! Someone called Bryan emailed me saying the info I sent does not exist! I have been unable to use that company and WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK!

I have filed the dissolution for my company since November 2020 and it hasn't been completed until today. There's no clear answer how I need to move forward to complete the process. The team doesn't know what's happening at all. They should stop offering dissolutions or other services if they cannot help.

So far so good
So far so good. They registered my New Mexico LLC within 3 days! I thought it was going to take 3 weeks (I am foreign). When I had a few questions to ask via their chat feature on their website, John assisted me almost instantly and answered all my questions. Their service is excellent.

5 Months Still not LLC certificate. EIN name on someone else name
I paid for Pro account and paid it on AUG 20. Till date I dont have a LLC certificate. They gave me some other companies LLC certificate. Second they gave EIN number but I see the owner name in Randy Tory and not my name. I asked for a response a long time ago and they kept saying we will respond and still no update.

More than 2 months since I start the process, and still incomplete
I adquire the Pro Plan on Nov 07, 2020, the ETA was Dec 07, 2020.
More than 2 months later, I'm still waiting for an answers.
Documents show at the dashboard aren't filled or they are filled by the same Jumpstart company. There's any official document.
After more than 2 months waiting, JumpStart seems to be a scamm.
