I had my reservations at first but trust me, I am beyond excited and grateful to JumpStart for staring my filing.

Company registered with bank account 12 days ahead of projection.

Terrible service! Instead of LLC for 2 partners, they registered for 1 partner. After 1 year I found that the company registered for 2 partners. I asked to charge it from 2 partners to 1 partner, they asked to pay $149 and didn't do anything for 6 months. Now they don't reply for weeks!

the worst service I ever have received, they told me many lies about the process supposedly the company had to be in my name but after I called the IRS I discovered that the owner of the company was someone else and I had to wait for them to start a process to change the company in my name which took several months and caused me to lose a lot of money

Also in customer service it was terrible even though they had done everything wrong if I did not contact them I never received any kind of update even at a certain moment they did not even answer my messages

John from Jumpstart has been helping us with our ventures and has been very polite, professional and very helpful with the information that we have been needing. He was prompt to respond and provide solutions whenever we had a question/issue. Thank you Jumpstart and John for making our lives easier with the registration and everything else.

Incredible experience. John managed my filing and helped me all the way through the process with constant communication and helping me with all of my doubts.

Jumpstart did the magic! Registering my company in the USA has been one of my biggest wish and I'm glad Jumpstart has made it possible. I now have my company's EIN and a US bank account with Mercury Bank. Special kudos to Cherry who was responding to all my emails!

The worst experience in my life. I hope that I didn't spend $1 with this company.

Lots of problems. they are not organized at all.
They made an error in the registration name and refuse to fix it. and they want me to pay for that.

They do not provide any official document to prove that you are running this business.

Need to close the company ... they ask for more money $149, I don't trust them at all.
Should I pay $149 ? because "John Destacamento" threaten me, that if I don't pay $149 I will be in trouble if I plan to open another business in US. (especially that I gave them my Social Security Number during the registration ... because they fail to register the company without it)

I think I made a big mistake when I decided to work with them :(

Its a scam !!!! Beware of this company !!! We paid for a bank account and have not received it to this day.
They open your company but will then blackmail you to keep it going ...
we paid all fees in 2020
this company was simply put in the deletion and attempts are being made to extort another 400 dollars through a support employee named john. this is only there to extort money is not part of any discussion.
We are preparing a lawsuit against these companies, please contact me to get your money back. You will not incur any costs, we will take care of them !!!! It is important for us to get enough people
we have already lost over $ 1000 to these scammers ...
don't make the same mistake

Here are my top reasons for not recommending this service:

1. I am on the pro plan but they failed to fill Statement of Information for my company after 1 year. Instead of filling this information for me, they sent me an email saying that "Annual Franchise Tax is already past due and your company is now required to file a Reinstatement to be active. It costs $102.00 + $62.00 Annual Franchise Tax and filing fees."
- There is no Franchise Tax in the state of Wyoming
- There is no reinstatement fee for late filling
- I was able to submit the statement of information online using Wyoming state website. It costs exactly $62. Obviously they were trying to scam me for $102 and also failed to deliver the service promised under their pro plan.

2. It is not ran by people who reside in the US. I only spoke to people located in Philippines and India. I don't have anything against people in these countries, however, when it comes to company incorporation and registered agents, you want it to be done by people who reside in the US and ideally in the state that you are incorporating.

3. Their website has issues and it is not being updated regularly. When you search about this company, you will see an issue posted on their Facebook page about a freelancer from UpWork who worked on their website and did not get paid - this leads to many issues with security, privacy, and quality.

4. Their service is just a reseller package. They use other vendor to deliver the services promised and the only unique thing that the company provides is the website to tie it all together but see point 3 above.

Awful STAY AWAY from these scammers.
I paid their most expensive plan and waited 5 months to open my company, however I had so much trouble with them so I had to close it.... They said it will take up to 1/2 month now its more than 7 months and they are nowhere at all again tons of excuses.
AWFUL STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!

Ridiculous Company! Applied for ITIN application and after more than 1 month, send them 5 emails and no replies. Contacted the help department and they keep asking me to wait for a reply. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

It's been a breeze throughout the entire process of using Jumpstart. As a foreigner wanting to setup an investment company in the US, I had no idea were to start. Jumpstart made this happen in a matter of days and until today help us with compliance filings. Any issues I needed resolved, John was always eager to help and respond over their through the chat on their website. Highly recommended!

Its been 4 months i am chasing them for a small request and there response time is like replying in 3-4 days so how can one expect to get any resolution.

Company registration process was okay but support is like killing us.

HORRIBLE. ILLEGAL COMPANY. DO NOT USE. THEY WILL FILE INCORRECTLY AND GET YOU IN TROUBLE WITH THE IRS AND CRA.

They have formed my LLC company and filled for Bank account within the promised date. I also purchased same day EIN service and got the number as expected. John was very helpful and cooperative towards me.

Jumpstart Filings Inc. was very professional and quick for filing my LLC, EIN and etc. John Destacamento is my agent and been very professional and gentleman who got me all the things sorted in no time. I would highly recommend them and refer more people to them in future.

jumpstart is like a helping hand for young entrepreneurs and startups i was looking for incorporating my company in usa and was a bit spectacle in the beginning but i got what was promised just waiting for my ein to arrive there was no hassle and everything was taken care of by team and support from john is awesome nd thats the best part about jumpstart.

I like your company even weekends have people answer chat. Others reply so long and. your chat reply is very fast and explain well even i ask repeating questionn but always patient answering good job!!! 10starssss
