I got served an ad about this stuff on fb (untrustworthy) + the premise seemed legit. (heal your guy w raw honey + spore probiotics). Their site has limited details, but a ton of scarcity tactics (buy before we sell out; limited yearly quantities, etc.). How can they do a subscription service if the supply is not guaranteed?? I sent them an em asking about that (no response). Then I noticed that they say it works best after 100 days...but all their bundles only went by 25 or 75 packets- both crazy-expensive. So I reached out again to find out how to get to 100 days cost-effectively (no response). Then the Shop app was like 'use this coupon on something' so I went back to Try Manna Honey and now the subscription is for some random amount of days + extra expensive and no other options. So then I googled raw honey with spore probiotics + think I found a better alternative than this questionable company w no customer service.

To clarify a few things:
Manna is taken at 1 sachet per day. A 25-sachet order is approximately a 25-day supply, while 75 sachets is approximately a 75-day supply. Customers who want to continue beyond that can receive additional shipments through their subscription.
The subscription is simply designed to make it easier for customers who want to take Manna consistently without having to manually reorder each time. It can also be managed, skipped, paused, or cancelled if needed.
Regarding availability, our honey is sourced in limited batches, which is why we sometimes communicate when inventory is running low. Having a subscription does not mean customers are locked into guaranteed unlimited inventory—it simply reserves recurring orders based on the selected schedule while stock is available.
We also understand that pricing and subscription options won’t be the right fit for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns about how the information was presented on our website.
