Repeated Billing Attempts After Confirmed Cancellation

My experience with Orivelle has been extremely disappointing, not because of the product itself, but because of the company's subscription and billing practices.

I purchased a nail care product in March 2026 and later discovered that my purchase had been set up as a recurring subscription. When I attempted to manage the subscription through the company's self-service portal, I received a message indicating that there was no active subscription associated with my account.

Concerned about future billing, I contacted customer support and explicitly requested cancellation. On 10 May 2026, I received written confirmation from Orivelle that my subscription had been cancelled effective immediately and that no further recurring charges or shipments would occur.

Despite this assurance, my bank subsequently notified me of another attempted charge. I contacted Orivelle again and received a second written confirmation on 16 May 2026 stating that all subscriptions had been deactivated, future billing had been stopped, and billing authority had been removed.

Unfortunately, the issue did not end there. After receiving two separate written confirmations that no further charges would occur, my bank notified me of yet another attempted charge of USD 25.07. This was the third billing attempt after I had requested cancellation.

What concerns me most is not the amount involved, but the repeated failure of the company's systems to honour cancellation requests and their own written assurances. Consumers should not have to repeatedly monitor their accounts or contact their bank after receiving confirmation that a subscription has been cancelled.

To be fair, customer support representatives were polite and responded promptly. However, the underlying billing process appears unreliable, and the repeated charge attempts significantly undermined my confidence in the company.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing from Orivelle carefully review the subscription terms, closely monitor their bank statements, and retain copies of all cancellation correspondence.

I hope the company addresses these issues and improves its subscription management and billing controls to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

i was sent 3+3 extra pens i didnt order…

I wanted to try the product as it was…

I wanted to try the product as it was discounted. I didn’t realise it was a subscription and was charged. I’m hoping to get a refund on the extra which I paid. I have kept the order as I have to give it a go, but not the subscription.

Products not ordered added and changed for

I can’t commment on the product but I ordered pens, was offered additional ones while trying to complete the transaction, definitely didn’t request them and was charged for them. When I received order confirmation and immediately queried was told it was despatched and couldn’t be stopped! Also they confirmed I had signed up to a monthly subscription and that wasn’t made clear at all. After several emails they confirmed that’s now cancelled. Very disappointing service overall though! Hopefully will see decent results with the product as have extra I didn’t want!

Product doesn't work

Hi
I will start with the positives the pen is easy to use and shipping of the products was good but that's as far as the positives go
So I've been using the pen for around 4 weeks now 2-3 times a day absolutely no change to the appearance of my nails if I'm honest I was a fool to think it would actually work this company give you 100% guarantee if this product actually worked doctors would prescribe it people don't fall for it when they say stock is low for these pens but we have 70% off if you buy it today let's be honest if we all sold a product that has a 100% guarantee to work we could charge what we wanted not knock 70% off so people you have been warned don't part with your money

Its a scam!

Its a scam! First, they lure you in with a special offer: 3 items for €9.90. But if you don't order any other products at the bottom of the page, the price suddenly jumps to €59.94. I canceled immediately, but the goods were still delivered despite my multiple cancellations and explanations that I couldn't accept delivery. I was then charged twice, and the email correspondence seems to be handled by an AI, which is clearly not very intelligent. They stall and delay, only to then inform me that I have to return the goods within 30 days. My requests for a refund have gone unanswered. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.
