***** BEWARE OF MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO TAKE PAYMENTS **

Tried to take over £100 in 2 transactions . Checkout process and flow is a mine field on the website with poor 'skip' and 'proceed' elements that are hardly noticeable amongst the continuous add ons they try and sell you. I have blocked card payments from them and have immediately requested my order to be cancelled and refunded .. From reading some of these reviews I dont hold out any hope of my order being cancelled as requested (done within minutes). After placing the order there was a highlighted element that told me my order would be delayed . If that is the case then they have plenty of time to cancel it before despatch .. If these are actually reading these comments then I am happy to alter my response but as I said I don't hold out any hope

I placed an order this morning and the payment taken was more than it said and then they tried to take two further payments of a higher amount but my bank stopped then and contacted me and now they have cancelled my card and I'm awaiting a new seemed very suspicious

I also think this company is good at scamming. Took money for more than 3 times that ordered. Immediate email ,too late already dispatched! Took many emails to get an address to return the unwanted items at my cost! 15 th April I started this communication with this company, I am still waiting for the return of my money. 1 minute to remove it from your account !How long to get it back.? I wouldn’t recommend any dealings with this company.18 emails with this company always the same reply from them”they will deal with it” it is 5 weeks since I cancelled the order! I have a reply to Trust pilot telling me to contact customer services! I have done that in numerous occasions and had th3 same ineffectual reply. Beware of this company once they have more of your money than you anticipated they don’t want to give it back!
Yet again I have received another email with totally irrelevant information my 20th from this company. All I require is my £90 returned .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am editing my review in response to the company's reply. I haven't got an order number because luckily my credit card company flagged the transaction as fraudulent and blocked my card. My review was not of the pen itself (as I said - I have no idea if it works or not), but of the dishonest means by which the company attempt to make people spend more than they intended. It is not difficult to find other reviewers who have had the same experience or similar!

I would give no stars if I could! I have no idea if the pen actually works or not, but believe all the negative reviews about the company - they trick people into paying much more than they had intended, by not showing a total before you confirm your order. So I had selected the box for 3x the pen, which should have come to £31.95, but by the time I got to confirming the order, the selected box had changed to 6x, and a much higher total. They hope you won't notice. Luckily my credit card company flagged the transactions as suspicious and blocked my card. I was annoyed at the time, but now so pleased they did! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this brand

Do not buy from this brand. 3 weeks ago a purchase was made and they automatically added in items totally £60 to an order. An elderly family member did not notice and was charged £100. We immediately tried to get a refund and have been fobbed off since. We had to await delivery and were promised our money back but then when we were ready to do this the return portal would not work. I was then promised another support team would be in touch a week ago but again no response. They deliberately put barriers in the way to keep your money. The worst customer service I have ever received from a company who target vulnerable people to keep their money. I have no hope of them ever getting their £100 back.

update- they got in touch for my order number which I provided now again radio silence. A company who does not allow you to return items or be refunded for items they have added into the basket. The token response to this review was to make it look like they are helping but they refuse to reimburse. Management details are also unavailable for this company, it is a scam.
