I have never experienced such terrible customer service. This pump took weeks to come and I reached out twice - once for an update and once trying to cancel my order - with no response. When the pump finally arrived, I reached out asking for guidance on returning it, unopened, and the customer service rep (Laura) offered me to keep it for 20% off instead. When I told her that I was not interested in that and wanted to return it for a full refund, as their return policy describes, she (eventually) got back to me claiming she understood and requesting photo evidence that the product was in perfect condition. When I sent her the evidence, she basically proceeded to completely ghost me. From my email with the photos on 3/4 until now (3/25), I received only 1 email from her claiming she was “arranging for the return address to be sent” to me “as soon as possible,” that she would keep me updated “every step of the way,” and that she was “doing everything…to resolve this efficiently.” I tried to follow up every few days for weeks after that with no reply. Looking back, it is incredibly sketchy that a company offers no way to reach them by phone and no address to return their product to without them personally sharing with you. Unless you are 1000% sure you want this pump and have many weeks of flexibility to wait for it, I would NOT recommend.
