I have not ordered this because of red flags with the website
I have not ordered or tried this product but having experienced two other scams ordering from companies whose ads followed me around on facebook and elsewhere on the internet, I've learned for some things to look out for. 1) the name of this company's seemingly single product cat fountain changes, as does the company's name. Sometimes it's PureStream AquaOne, sometimes it's PureStream fountain and there were other variations. 2) there is no identifying information on the website of where the company is located and the only point of contact is a single email address 3) return policies are a great place to look if you're wondering about the legitimacy of a company. The other two scam companies in the fine print said that returns had to go - at buyer's expense - to warehouses in China even though the original shipping was within the buyer's country. This company didn't have that stipulation - again, it doesn't have any indication anywhere of its location - but it has all these statements about returning a wide range of products, everything from clothing and make up to perishable goods to hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and gas. Again, this is the return policy stated on a website that offers only one product - a cat fountain. If someone purchases this item and has a positive experience to report, i hope they post it. If the company reads this review and wishes to respond to the concerns stated and be more transparent, great. But in the meantime, buyer beware of the red flags I've mentioned.
