Service was fine

It was easy to set up. I received it on the day it was promised. The channels I could receive came in clear.

I order the antenna and it does not work. I have sent and received many emails back forth with the company and here are the replys 25% reimbursement then 50% to 75% reimbursment. I replied saying i want a full reimbursment and i will ship back item. According to the site you have a 30 day return policy. This is not true they will not give an address to return the item. TAKE WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The antenna was not compatible with my tv. Ive tried to get an address in order to return the item, which is in perfect condition, but after numerous text messages via email, I,ve had no joy. They offered a part reimbursement and said I can keep the antenna. I have made contact 5 times but they are reluctant to take the antenna back. Their t and c say you can return within 30 days. I dont know what else I have to do to get my money back! Don't use this company! Very disappointed.

A few hours have passed since I did this review. I now have a message saying nearly all of my payment is being paid into my account.

The product did not work at all. I couldn't get a single TV channel from the antenna. Totally useless and feel that the company has falsely advertised and misrepresented the product. Now I am in my 2nd month trying to get a refund after following all of the correct return procedures. They have lied to me on countless occasions claiming they have refunded me. I must warn all future customers that this company is fraudulent and simply scams money from you.

I’m not great with setting up tech, but this was super straightforward. Took maybe 10 minutes to get it up and running. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I didn’t even need to mess with any extra tools or complicated settings.

I also ordered and immediately canceled within 5 min. According to their email you have and hour to cancel. But no go. They said it was also processed. Contacted paypal also and waiting to hear. Wish I had done better research first. So sick of SCAMMERS.
