Absolute trash! Came with zero weight and as cheaply made as possible!

If I could give Zero stars, I would! Okay, so I ordered a "Weighted Cow Plush, with removable bag to heat in microwave" my invoice clearly showed $14.99, my card was charged $24.99. Okay, well I expected fast shipping because $14.99 of that cost was shipping. Ordered on the 9th of Dec and didn't arrive before Christmas, so 2 days before Christmas, I ordered the same thing from Amazon and received it Christmas Eve, thank you Amazon! 3 days after Christmas, I received a pkg which included a cow, not a weighted cow, not the one in the picture that I thought I ordered, but a cheap poorly made stuffed cow or something of resemblance to a cow. The ears are misplaced, the horns are two different sizes, and there is a zipper for said microwavable bag, but no bag included. This company has since attempted to charge my account $39.99 for idk what. I had it blocked by my bank. Please, do not "Try Rosa" unless you want to be scammed out of $25-70, possibly more, if you don't catch it in time!

If I could give this zero stars, I would! I placed 3 separate orders, each for 2 weighted cows. I only received 1 order of 2, instead of all 6 I should have received. Also, they're nowhere near as described. The description shows a cow at least 24"-36" but what I received was more like 10"-12". Also, NOT WEIGHTED. It has a zippered pocket on its side, however the heating/cooling bean bag is not included. And when you go to their website to complain and ask for your money back you're met with a firm NO. The HELP page basically blames the consumer for not vetting their purchase and says sorry, no returns. And then just days later unfamiliar charges appear on your account that your bank luckily recognizes as fraudulent. However now you have to cancel your card and receive a new one, which takes at least 7-10 business days to receive. Compounded only by the fact that its the holiday season meaning it will take even longer to receive. Now you've got 2 weeks with no debit card causing a major inconvenience to your entire life, being as we are in the digital age and ruled by technology. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS TO THIS FRAUDULENT AND UNDERHANDED RETAILER!

Not only are the products horrible and not a described they do not attempt or intend to make this right. The weighted cow has no weight its lighter than a typical stuffed animal, the fur is on backwards, the hoofs don't match and neither do the horns. You are also not going to receive communication within 72 hours and there is not a place to put feedback on the site. Horrible products and horrible business.

I ordered a “large weighted cow” god knows how long ago! Finally came today and wtf. Tiny matted unweighted cheap cow with a zip on the side for the bag to put in the microwave thats not even there!! Call yourself a business? You’re just thieves and scammers! And when trying to return it, they have a whole page on their website about it but all it says is that WE as buyers should check what we’re ordering before we order! Doesn’t even give you a choice to return it. And the help page is fake aswell when you click on it it says “server doesn’t exist”. Absolutely fuming go F yourselves!

Ordered 4 of these for Christmas. Supposedly "weighted" with a heatable insert. NOT! Not weighted, no inserts but they do have zipperrd pockets. When will I learn not to order junk off Tiktok???

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! The weighted highland cow arrived fairly quick however it has as much weight in it as a feather!!! They look and feel cheap. They also tried to take an extra £30 for a membership i did not want, thankfully my bank caught it. They tell you to contact or fill in a form to cancel the subscription but the form doesnt work and customer service do not respond. Im pretty sure I won't receive my money bag. Lesson learned. I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing. I just went by the stupid tik tok videos and thought it looked nice. I got one from amazon that isn't weighted but looks 100% better..

Never got my product. No response from the company.

Order stated plenty of time to get before Christmas, paid for expedited shipping. Shipping tracking updates are vague and inconsistent. Order did not arrive. Idk if it's actually coming or not.

Its a complete scam, sneakily adds reoccurring charges for $39.97 from random websites. Dont even get the expected product.

This ad is so deceptive! Advertised as a weighted plus cow. In the ad the cow looked to be at least 24-36 inches! I received my order and it’s about 12 inches and it is NOT weighted at all! What a scam!!

They are a scam! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! They first charged me me double for my first charged me double amount! Now I have another $40 something unauthorised charge on my statement! Now I will have to cancel debit card! AND DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER! I wish someone would press charges, I don’t even have the energy to deal with it!😭

Paid for expedited shipping, still not received. Now this company is trying to charge more charges to my debit card, resulting in my having to replace my card and pay another 30$ to have my card expedited. This company is fraudulent big time!

I ordered the highland weighted cow for Christmas. #1 it is not weighted. #2 very small not as pictured. #3 zippered area for ice or heat no added bean bag or such to ice or heat. Very Very Disappointed. Will never order from here again!!!

Avoid at all costs. Total scam, cow is cheap and not as pictured, no weight, no pack to heat up. Like other customers, I had a mysterious charge from a clothing company in Ohio a couple days after I ordered. I had to cancel my debit card. They need to be banned from TikTok

They sent me a dollar tree quality “weighted “ highland cow. First I waited forever for them to ship and then I get a cheap, cheap version of the cow. Stay away from this company. They do not help either on the “contact us” page. It’s a scam and I’m turning them in to BBB

Granddaughter ordered 1 item & card was charged for that item & 2 additional charged amounts. Product was not what was advertised & not good quality at all. I tried to email them with no response & no phone # listed. The original site my granddaughter went on was tapechic.com.

Very disappointed….poor quality….unable to get a refund even with a return policy…

SCAM!! Do not use this site. Cancelled an order. Still charged, then they took over €34 from my account. Link to their help desk does not work, they do not reply to emails. Their tracking says September when it was ‘bought’ in December. Complete scam.
