They automatically put me down as a…

They automatically put me down as a subscribe to their product. When I did not give them no such permission. And I did not subscribe to their product. If they cannot conduct their business no better than this maybe they should be investigated. I want a refund and I want this last order canceled immediately. But they have not got back in touch with me. I did not know they had a bad reputation for automatically subscribing their clients to a automatic subscribe. Or I would have never messed with them. Because I don't like companies that are dishonest. And force their product up on others. Do not subscribe to this company for any kind of product. Because for some reason they take it up on themselves to subscribe you to their product. That is dishonest, in their part.

Aria was sensative

Aria was sensative, kind and reassuring. She offered me several options before I decided to cancel and I appreciated that. It is not easy to admit you cannot afford something and she was very empathetic to my situation and I appreciated that very much.

If I could I would give this company…

If I could I would give this company minus 10 stars.
I sent various emails requesting cancellations and refunds but still keep having money deducted from my bank account.
The only way my bank says I can stop this is to delete my apply pay account request a new bank card and never use apply pay !!!!
Total scam of note😡😡😡😡😡 and to make matters worse their product, loose term, is about as useful and effective as an ashtray on a motorcycle
No customer service. No cancellation policy and no feedback.

I sent undeniable proof , I canceled.

After sending proof I canceled my subscription in mid April. Rovina said I would receive a full refund of $99. I received $30. in my account. As of May 4, I have sent many requests for the status of my refund. They are no longer answering my emails.
Obviously they are avoiding me.
Anyone considering buying the advertised product at 12 mg dose on the pkg; then learning that each Softgel is only 3 mg each and that the 30 day supply actually only last 16 days.....you are a victim of fraud just like me. This company is not to be trusted. Just complete my refund and allow me to move on.
They also sent an email attempting to recruit me to sell their product to others and make a 20% commission on the proceeds. That sounds like a bribe to shut me up.
I am not interested in defrauding anyone. I prefer honesty.
