I had an issue with my order and…
I had an issue with my order and received products that were different from what I had ordered. However, after contacting TryScent through Facebook Messenger, their team responded and offered to send me the correct perfumes free of charge.
I appreciate their response and their willingness to resolve the problem. Good customer service is important, and I am happy that we found a solution.
I look forward to receiving my perfumes and hope to have a great experience with TryScent in the future.

made an order with the campaign choose 2, get 3 free. also included vip membership where you would also get a mystery scent. when the perfumes arrived, one of my son's perfumes was exchanged for another. no mystery scent. in response I received that the chosen one had run out and that they then chose the scent themselves. I received a value code but it results in me still having to pay for a new perfume. they could have notified me before and I could have chosen which one I wanted myself.

Somewhat odd answers
You can’t email the adress that’s on the page but write on social media and they will respond. Ordered 6 bottles and they came all wrong, customers service had a little odd explanation for it but hopefully
It will work out in the end.
