NOT INSTOCK, takes over a month to get anywhere
Brought and paid for an instock Pink Machine, with attachment. Also purchased a couple of other items. This was July. About a week went by or so and id not had a response so I contacted them to be told they are waiting on shipments...so the item wasnt even instock. I chose to wait. Another 2 weeks passed and I got an email stating basically would I like a black one and a $50 cashback. I replied and said id really like what I paid for. Another week and id had no response. So i followed up and got a reply that they never sent the pink from China and it would be another 3 week wait but they would send a rental machine. We declined and asked for a new black machine (including the attachment the pink came with) and the $50 cashback.
Another week and i sent an email stating ill be going further if no response... all of a sudden I recieved a shipping notice. Ok cool. Still no confirmation on my email but at least was sent.
Arrived.. nothing included like the pink machine id paid for, and an additional item id paid for was also not sent. I sent an email stating that a refund will be needed immidiatly of $82.00 to cover the cashback and missing item. I recieved this refund and an email saying the item i ordered also wasnt in stock (which they never bothered to state). Save your time and money and go direct or via a more reputable business.
