Can I give less than 1 star

Can I give less than 1 star? Wish I would've seen these reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a razor on July 12th. Status still says partially ready to ship. I sent an email to customer service on July 26th requesting a status. Received a response on July 28th saying it's the carrier's fault and the carrier hasn't updated its system. On August 7th, I emailed requesting a refund because I still haven't received the razor. Received a response refusing to give me a refund because the razor had shipped and then I'll have 30 days after receiving it to send back for a refund.

This company is horrible.

I've been promised a refund and now I'm getting no correspondence

I've been promised a refund and Christine granted full refund said its been processed but that is 5 weeks ago now
I feel my email has been blocked

Razor awful a child could do a better job and it doesn't work at all, makes your legs sting and can't belive she can get away with scamming people

If i could give negative stars

If i could give negative stars, I would! Like the other reviews, avoid at all costs. First, if you are a US customer, the shipment has to go through customs. No where in the order process or on their website does it mention the shipping time. Took 4+ weeks to get a razor!

Second, "easy returns" is a complete lie! "Christine" always email you with the same response that you'll love the razor if you give it another try and to make sure to watch the videos. Trying to get a refund for the last several weeks and company is not working with me at all. Wish I had listen to everyone else!

Avoid this company!!!!…

Ordered my razor after seeing numerous adverts on social media platforms, stating get the razor, a years worth of blades, exfoliating mitt & a mystery gift. Took nearly 2wks to arrive, with shoddy packaging & no mystery gift.
Before using, read the instructions, watched the videos & still managed to cut my legs to ribbons, which I have not done in over 20yrs, not a safety razor at all!

Got in touch with customer service requesting a refund on 20th June, responding asking me to try the razor again & sent me videos to watch, even though I explained I had already done this.
Several emails were exchanged, each response offering a small refund. Eventually we agreed on a full refund for the product minus the shipping on 16th July. I was advised this would take 1-3 working days. This has not happened, I have sent chaser emails & now they aren’t even responding.

Very disappointed in this company, if it is even a legit company. Offer to try their product risk free & then don’t follow through with it.

Avoid buying from them!!!

Would give this company ZERO stars!

Would give this company ZERO stars!! Firstly product is awful, even got sent a video to make sure I was using correctly. I happily re tried but the razor is rubbish. Asked for a refund and was told I'd have to send the product back to the US paying the postage. Then went on to offer very low refunds. Their website states risk free money back guarantee! This is a complete lie!! They eventually said they would give back 50% I just accepted in the end. Been waiting a week now for a refund, and now not receiving any replies! Don't believe the adverts and false claims. Utter rubbish!!

Selling to underage/teenagers

Avoid this company they don't respond return emails or complaints they like to sell razors and blades to the underage.
1 star is to much .
I want to return the items for a refund but no reply A awful company with rubbish customer service.They take the money and run.It's illegal to sell these razors/ blades to the children.
UPDATE..Eventually somebody called Christine responded and offered me a part refund a few emails later, a full refund minus the postage I'm still waiting on a response from my last email IVE STILL HAD NO REFUND TO MY DAUGHTERS ACCOUNT and no apology.
I wish watchdog was still on!!!
I'm so annoyed.

Don't fall for the adverts

Paid £43 including express shipping for Razor, exfolating mit, blades and a free gift. Shipping took 2 weeks, product is cheap, low quality from China with no Silky branding. No free gift. Razor hardly removes hair. Not worth the money paid at all. You could buy exactly the same product for a fraction of the price from multiple websites. Not happy.
