Their hearig aids are great as I had difficulty with behind the ear units as I wrar glasses andneed to wrar an oxygen mask for my lug complaint.

Terrible customer service, the free trail is a scam!! They will not refund your purchase even when you have tried everything they suggest. They are completely ignoring us now, DO NOT ORDER!!

I was sceptical and was ready to pay £3000 for hearing aids and I’m glad I didn’t because your hearing aids are good and I only paid £150.
I’m still getting used to them and I don’t need to use them all the time.
The difference they make for hearing the TV is fantastic and my partner doesn’t have to repeat everything.Clear sound. Volume down from 38 to 29 on TV.

It is so good to be able to hear clearly once more thanks to Smart Hearing. The aids are comfortable to wear, easy to use with the clear instructions available and help is there if you need it, which I did due to my inverted concha. I received my Smart Hearing Aids 2 weeks ago but have only tried them for the first time today after charging them overnight . After a bit of whistling to begin with they now fit perfectly into each ear with the whistling gone. I can hear much more clearly now without my wife having to repeat herself !!I'm looking forward to the future with confidence as I'm now able to hear friend and family clearly when we all meet up . Superb back up and product information

The hearing aids look and feel very well made. The caddy and ear pieces are simplicity itself to charge and recharge. The base unit automatically charge the ear pieces when reinserted in the caddy. wherever yo are , you do not need to be "plugged into a USB. the video collection to get you started are very well thought out. Two basic steps get you started, one is to remove the seals strip frrom each of the the ear pieces, these cover the charging pins so that when you lowere the ear pieces into the caddy they automatically locate on the charging pins. The second initial step is to select the correct size foam ear bud and to pushe one onto each ear piece. You can easily change the aar buds if they are not comfortable.. Before you put them in your ears become familiar with the face of the ear pieces as to where you tap them with you fingertip to control which program (1_4). See the videos to explain what you use each program for. A short tap on the switch will step you up a volume level (1-5 max) and the ear piece will confirm what level you are at. If you have been contemplating buyoing hearing aids, these are the best valu ein the market.Do not delay any further, commit to purchasing this great value item

Sat at so many Board meetings unable to hear the Chairman’s speech then relying on reading the Minutes later.
Had hearing aids bought on Amazon that were a waste of money.
Saw Boots and SpecSavers but not impressed being quoted over £2000 till I read the Smart details.
Decided to layout £149 …nothing to lose with their return guarantee.
Should have bought them sooner as now I hear every word and best of all……nobody has twigged I am wearing them !!

This the first time I had to have a hearing aide the hearing test said it was the high frequency that I was down on I got this one to try out before buying one at over a thousand pound it is worth the money the only thing is that the high frequency over powered the lower one it as four settings which I am still working which one is best.it has six volume settings all so it cuts down the noise of the tool like vacuum cleaner when using it but every body is different

Took a few days to get used to them but a big difference now.The sound bar is down at 8 now instead of 13.

To be fair, half my mind said scam. Because my NHS aids weren’t behaving as I wanted I decided to take a chance and order a pair from Smart Hearing. They were delivered within the time scale promised ready to go. Tried all three sets of buds, right aid perfect. Left ear squealed with all three buds. Contacted SH who told me how to overcome problem, practiced a few times and now both working perfectly. I can’t fault this firm and would recommend them even to people I don’t know.

Fabulous product
Just received mine . From the moment I opened the package (which looked very expensive) I was impressed by the quality and professionalism in the way everything was explained, very clear instructions.
I have been using mine for a few days and am still getting used to the different programs.
One thing don't be impatient . you must allow you brain to accept them and once you have mastered the way to adjust them to your liking you will be delighted to have chosen this brand

It took a while for parcel to arrive and I began to wonder if I had been foolish to order in the first place. Was this indeed genuine ?
On arrival I was first of all impressed by the whole presentation of the product which included pleasantly straightforward instructions.
So I tried out the aids and was not very successful but decided to persevere especially as I am seldom good with new technology. It all paid off. I am delighted I did not give up. The old saying is that practice makes perfect so that's what I did. The more I used the happier I became and operating the aids became second nature.
Are you wondering what to do?
Go for it. For me this was an excellent experience and purchase !!!!!

Cheap rubbish avoid at all costs.

Didn’t seal properly in my ears and was immediately given a link to a branded tips on Amazon which may work (they didn’t) they therefore know the tips they send are substandard but continue to do so.
Then they decided my hearing was too poor for them to help so offered a massive 30% refund plus £10 towards postage. Claiming it was clearly stated in their 45 day guarantee, bollocks hidden in fine print.
So I told them to stick their refund as writing poor reviews, which are 100% true, would give me more satisfaction.

ordered and paid for aids 09-06-2026 still awaiting delivery 22-06-2026. meanwhile still struggling to make sense is this a scam company ?
