I was very wary of buying these aids due to being previously scammed…BUT lo & behold I am so glad I did..I can now join in conversations, Hear my grandchildren and no need to have tv blaring!! These aids are the best thing ever, highly recommend and a lovely helpful company to deal with. Give them a go..what have you to lose you can only gain..your life back so happy.

I ordered these for my father who has been suffering from extreme hearing loss for decades. I asked him how he was getting on with them, this is his response:-

"I have been watching tennis most of the day; without sub-titles ! so I can actually see where the ball goes !! The same applies to snooker, and I have just had to ask Mum to turn the television down. I cannot adequately convey how wonderful the new hearing aids are, nor to thank you enough ! On top of what he says, my mother has noticed that his walking is better, at 90 he is becoming quite doddery and has suffered many falls. Also, for the first time in years he is able to hear me on the telephone, which is such a relief as, in the past, I have only called if I know that my mother is at home. It seems that these miracle hearing aids are benefitting the whole family and I am very grateful.

Really pleased with my smart hearing aids, no batteries to change like my old ones . The price is good too,Easy to use and my hearing is good at last!

Have severe hearing loss. Am 81 yo male. Smart Hearing works better than anything I've had so far.

I had hearing aids from Boots Hearingcare which costs about £3000 and as I had a holiday coming up I thought I’d try a pair from Smart Hearing as I was concerned I might lose the expensive ones.

The Smart Hearing ones arrived and, after a little tweaking got the ‘whistling’ to stop - adjusted the volume and chose the correct size of ear tips.

It does take a couple of days for your brain to adjust to the fact that you can hear properly again but it was so worthwhile sticking with it. My neighbours will be thrilled that we’ve turned down the volume of the television. I definitely recommend Smart Hearing as the aids are exactly as described, were delivered within the forecast delivery date and at an amazing price.

Am aware that it will take time to get used to the hearing aids, have programmed them to the first setting and the volume on number one. Still getting feedback but it will come. Don't think about it just order these hearing aids. The difference they have made to my hearing and my life is amazing. i have to tell my family to speak softer as i can hear them so well.

I'm really surprised at all the good reviews on here as my husbands dealings with this firm were appalling These hearing aids are supposed to come with a 45 day trial or return for full refund. They do not stay put in the ear and fell out once or twice. Not happy at all with them. They ask you several questions which you know are designed to warrant a refusal of a return. I would avoid this firm like the plague. Scammers.

I had read many reviews from different companies as the pair I bought originally from another supplier just were not working for me. These seemed to get consistently good reviews so I felt I had nothing to lose. I must say I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buds themselves and the way they fit. Also the customer service team, especially Christine, have been excellent and handled my concerns over delivery quickly and simply and my set arrived within 48 hours. So thank you for finding a solution to my hearing problems

The eartips are too large , I’ll need to source smaller. The aides themselves are excellent and so easy to adjust and control. I’m no stranger to aides and thought I’d give you a try before going back to Boots and again spending thousands.

Delivery was a slight problem as overall it took 14 days from date of ordering and paying until delivery day but at least they arrived OK. I'm impressed with their build quality and how they can be altered to suit in both volume and programming and I'm getting used to them quickly. I only use one of the two supplied as my left ear is not good as a result of an accident but my right ear is better - not perfect but better and as such I can use either one as they both fit well and work very well. Overall these are hightly recommended as well as competitively priced. Four stars only as delivery needs refining.

The ordering process is efficient and trouble-free. The company is quick in its response when you order.
I have used in-ear devices previously. I find the smart hearing devices to be far more efficient. I particularly liked the volume control by button and the method of selecting or changing the programme. It's early days yet, but on first appearances, this is a far superior product.

My wife has used NHS hearing aids for some years, with limited success, has also tried OTC aids, these amplified sounds but didn't really make it clearer.
We bought a pair from Trysmarthearing, these have volume control like the previous OTC ones, but also have programs for different scenarios. Using these she has improved her enjoyment of quiet conversations, watching TV, and can now hear more clearly when in the van or car, she can hear speech or the radio over the road and engine noise.

Smart Hearing Aid are the best hearing aids I have ever purchased. I can hear so clearly with them, and they are easy to charge and look after. Noticed a difference immediately.
Will take a bit of getting used to as you adjust to your individual needs/preference, but so easy to use and with the different volumes settings and “situation” settings, it won’t be too long at all until you find what’s perfect for you.

Excellent product. My 96 year old Dad had never had hearing aids before due to the cost. I got him to get his ears microsuctioned before trying the hearing aids. Quality of components is equivalent to those in grossly more expensive hearing aids but at a very fair price. First few days there was some whistling which settled down and now the devices work perfectly. His hearing is greatly improved and we can speak to him without having to shout
