I love this toothbrush.

Until now I have been using an Oral B rotary brush, but the SURI seems to clean better, feel more comfortable and is a delight to use. It's well made and slim, and feels just right in my hand.

SURI is fast and reliable.

An amazing toothbrush - long charge, (really long), this means that I don't default to a manual brush as I can never find the cable. My hygienist commented on the improvement and now she is getting one. Great for the planet, just send my old heads back for recycling and it not only looks great, the bottom isn't all dirty. This does everything it says it does. Oh & I love that my heads turn up, a little reminder to change the head to keep my teeth & gums healthy. Get yourself one. (I have two now as i have a travel one when away with work).

It was very important to me to find an electric toothbrush that is made sustainably and does not contain plastics from petroleum. The price was a block at first, but as I considered my priorities, I decided it was worth it.
The design is lovely and the brush works beautifully. We ordered a second one for my husband within 2 weeks!

I cannot commend this company enough. I bought a SURI brush in November 2024 but in June 2025, it started turning itself on. I emailed Customer Service on the Friday night, received a reply on the Saturday morning and a new brush by the following Thursday.

Unfortunately, this second brush stopped working in May 2026. I emailed them on the Saturday morning and received a reply the same day. When I responded to this email, they replied immediately! Again, they sent a new brush which I received the following Wednesday, only five days from my initial contact.

The messages from SURI were professional but personal with detailed information to keep me abreast of the situation. Their instructions regarding delivery and return were clear and easy to follow.

I'm also a big fan of the brush itself; it is very easy to use; gives a good clean and makes your mouth feel really fresh. The fact that it is plastic free is a big bonus. I liked mine so much, I bought them for three other family members, who are all equally impressed.

Overall, an excellent product backed up with fantastic customer service. My thanks to all at SURI.

The whole kit& caboodle arrived promptly. I love the toothbrush & wall mount. It’s simple to use. The slender shape is pleasing and it’s nice to hold a non plastic handle. The case is minimal for travelling too. Watch out for the toothpaste key-it’s very easy to overdo it & have toothpaste hurtling out of the tube😄
I’ve not had it very long so can’t tell you how the charger works, but I don’t anticipate any problems.
Only negative is the glitchy website - I almost gave up trying to buy it.

Really appreciate the long lasting battery. Main thing is that it does a great job of cleaning your teeth and the brush heads are very delicate on my gums.

Subscribed to their toothbrush heads finally & did buy their toothpaste. I haven't tried the toothpaste yet but I have high hopes. I've been a Suri user for a few years now & their brush head recycling system & general products are top notch.

It was neatly packaged and arrived swiftly. So far I have found it better than previous electric toothbrushes I have used.
