The delivery took over a month but it is good quality for the money.

It’s not a scam!
Despite being a bit worried that I had been scammed due to the estimated delivery date being a week and then not arriving and a similar issue to what others have said about wrong tracking information being supplied my order has arrived! Ordered 10th nov, arrived 11th December. I wish the website had just said delivery from China (or wherever) and a more realistic time frame.
Good quality item for the price and very fluffy!

Came eventually, was worried when seen these reviews hence leaving one myself took around a month to arrive.

Good quality for the under £20 price tag.
Ordered 13th Nov came today 12th Dec.

I ordered on 5th November and arrived today 12th December. I had emailed a couple of times and had 1 reply but I had given up hope. So took about 5 weeks but In time for Christmas though. Would have liked more communication from them

Absolute joke! Will never ever buy from them again, ordered on 15th November, didn’t get a choice to pay for speedier delivery. Was told it would be here latest 28th of November and then they extended this to the 20th December! Ridiculous!! None of their tracking options work. I have emailed continuously stating that I no longer want this item as it’s too unreliable and that I would like a full refund! Yet their response says and I quote “don’t worry it will be with you shortly”. That’s not a refund!! Honestly don’t waste your time and money! Shouldn’t even be allowed to run a business in such a manner. Would give no stars if it were an option!

Terrible, ordered on 1st Nov and still waiting, I have raised a complaint with trading standards as they state they despatch working 48/72 hrs, absolute joke, wouldn’t recommend , I have had an email this morning to say should at rive around 23rd!!! They do know it’s Xmas day on 25th don’t they??

I ordered a hoodie blanket on 10th Nov, only received it today - so over a month. I was worried and concerned like all the other reviewers on here for the same reasons. Their delivery times were appalling and they kept extending them and they seemed to have sent a crap tracking number for the app they said. However, when I emailed they always replied and informed me there was an unexpected stock shortage and from reading other reviews the tracking number is actually a hermes tracking number and it was. So I hung on in there and the item has arrived packaged fine and the quality looks good but I haven't opened it up fully as its for my girlfriend. My opinion is hang on in there as it will arrive or if ordering fresh - be prepared that delivery will be awhile

Ordered 2 of these on November 7th without checking the reviews, was very concerned as none of the tracking links worked and the email responses were worded very strangely. However, both items have arrived as described. Would I use again? No. But the products did turn up with Hermes tracking and they did reply to me, so it's not a scam as such - just a very overworked company with bad communication and terrible shipping times.

Ordered 3rd November and products finally arrived today via Hermes. The tracking link in their email took me to Whistl and didn’t exist, but i tried it with Hermes and it was correct so was able to track the order. Yes their emails are terrible and probably swamped with orders, but continue to be patient. It’s obviously a drop shipping company so there’s lots of various stops the order has to go past. The product is great and is as advertised.

a month later and still no news of where my order is! customer service is appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

i ordered without looking at reviews and after it got past the date it should be here i looked and realised it was bad reviews. i emailed them where i was told it was late. and i was given another date. it has arrived within the second time frame and is exactly like the photos.

disgusted they way i and others have been treated! never buy from them again! still have not received my order and i ordered 8th November! defo a scam! don't do it people! don't be a mug like me and get sucked in.

Ordered 12th November, not received one month, later emailed,response did not answer question about delivery. Response did not make sense. PayPal claim made.

Is it possible to give this zero stars? Ordered and paid with my money on the 9th November. It didn't come on the delivery date. I was given another delivery date so got in touch and asked for a tracking no. Obviously they didn't give me one. Over a month now and I still do not have my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After ordering at the start of October I still haven’t received my order!!! I have emailed so many times (20 to be precise) and always get the same automated response about due to covid they have had stock shortages - which is complete rubbish as online stated the product I ordered had “5 left in stock”.
I would highly recommend you stay away from this company as they are a complete and utter SCAM!!!

Ordered over a month ago and still not received the hoodie! Automated copy and paste unhelpful answers to all my queries. Worth paying a little extra with another company! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

My delivery was expected on the 25th November, still no delivery. They tell you they are having stock issues, yet their website informs you to order quickly as they only have a few items remaining in stock.

They use the pandemic as a scapegoat for their shocking customer service and when complaining simply reply with pre-typed responses.

When asking for tracking they say they are unsure if it has been sent and when asking for a refund they state they cant offer one until they receive the product!

They take 2 days to respond to your email, I have already started legal proceedings against this company and would advise everyone to avoid.

Convinced it was a scam but it finally came today. Very long wait time for delivery though

NOT a scam
I ordered my hoodie about 5 weeks ago. I had a few emails in that time saying it had been shipped and it would be with me soon. I did get a bit worried however when nothing turned up. So I messaged the company via their website and they got back to me within a day and told me they would ship it immediately and the hoodie would be with me within 2 days and surely enough it was! I had been worried about it being a scam after reading other reviews below but I now have no reason to believe those reviews. So basically be patient and don't jump to conclusions like I did! (I should mention also that when when you try to send them a message the Website says something like *this website doesn't exist" although they do still receive your message as they replied to me very quickly.

So, I ordered 3 items at the beginning of November.....then read the reviews on here!
I totally thought I’d been scammed.
After many emails, my items arrived today and they are perfect :-)
I have suggested to the company that they inform customers of a 6 week delivery time, in case of any delays.
