I had a customer service young lady…
I had a customer service young lady named Rachel she is an unbelievable young lady who responded to every of my e mails within 5 minutes after I sent the message. Which to me is not heard of. She goes out of her way with any issue I had from subscription to confirmation I am not just saying this just to say it she is basically a godsend her managers and upper management should and must be aware of her customer focus. I feel she must be awarded for her excellence tords customer service.
