Beware of these Scammers!

I'm selling my vehicle and my contact information is posted at several websites. Cars.com and Craigslist. This incident happened right after I posted my vehicle on Craigslist so my assumption would be that this is where this person got my phone number (it's actually 2 different people now but I'll get to that in a minute). So only a few minutes after posting i received a text from an interested buyer or so I thought. This person was insisting that I go to trzautofax.com and buy this auto report similar to what Carfax offers. When I told him that I had already purchased a report and could send him that one he refused that and again insisted I use trzautofax. Something was smelling fishy and I started questioning things in my mind. I started digging. Looked up his ph#, checked to see if the website was legit and it had a very low rating. I talked with a reperesentative from this website on their CHAT feature to see how someone could be scamming me, using the info provided in their report. I was getting no where with that. I have screenshots of my convo with the representative. Seems the website was only created at the beginning of this year! I have the whole text thread with this "potential buyer" screenshotted as well. I was trying to figure out what the game was. My initial thoughts are maybe this is a legit website but he is using illegitimate means (coercion) to drive people to his site and buy his product OR the site is a scam site that they use to get personal info and creditcard info to scam people that way. I now think that the second option is most likely after receiving another text this morning from what seemed, again like a legitmate buyer until this guy directed me to ANOTHER website called logisticsvinreport.com. So now I'm thinking it's definitely gotta be scam websites. I have screenshots of that conversation too. Again, I started looking up the phone number and website. This website seems to have been around longer but has a very poor rating. I don't know if these sites can be shut down but I'm fed up with scammers winning. they are always finding new ways. The first guys name was Jason, the other person's name was Mike. Fake phone numbers and names I'm sure.
