Prices less at Best Buy for electronics
Takes a month to receive the product! The Black Friday sales are not sales people. I priced matched a gaming PC at Best Buy and Best Buy was $600 less then TSC. Seems like a scam as that is not a deal. Do your homework!

Customer service is terrible even if you get to speak to an agent there is nothing they can or will do. I will never ever again buy anything from TSC. Ever ! The customer service director should be fired immediately. Your whole system is design to exhaust and frustrate your customers. Over 45 minutes to wait for a live chat rep absolutely not a reasonable amount of time.
Paying for a ring I don't have.
I ordered a ring on November 13. I was aware of the pending Canada Postal Strike, but their website said not to worry, that they were using alternative methods to guarantee people would receive their orders. Now two weeks later they are telling me my order is being held at customs due to the Canada Post strike. I asked to cancel the order then and they said I can't cancel an order that I haven't received. So now I am stuck paying for a ring that I don't have and all she could offer at Customer Service was "I'm sorry".

Screaming Woman in Service
After going online and updating my account, I ordered an expensive item - over $300. I paid for the item and waited for updates. When I got the shipping update, I noticed that they had shipped it to an address that I have not lived at in 15 years. We had a terrible time trying to correct this, with the language barrier, the complete disinterest,and dealing with one woman telling me her life story and then screaming at me and hanging up on me. Whoa! We finally had to contact the delivery service to get updated information, then TSC one more time. And this time we got someone that actually helped. Regardless, I will be closing my account at TSC and will never deal with them again.
It took only 3 days!

I ordered a Xmas gift from TSC but now…worst customer service ever
I ordered a Xmas gift from TSC but now I regret it. Once I ordered it the money was taken from my bank account. So far so good. The next day the same amount was removed from my bank account. When I called TSC customer service I was told this was their policy . Once the product was delivered one amount would be deposited backinto the bank (3-5). When I disagreed with this policy they tried to blame the bank. Called the bank and they stated that they could not do it unless TSC requested it. Called the TSC supervisor and was given the same story. Because of their actions it left by bank account short for my car payment . I believe it is illegal to remove money from a customers account without permission. Will never order again.
Fast shipping and love my item
My order was shipped the next day and arrived early. The reviews I read here worried me but I am very happy with my order and the service. Package arrived early and my coat is perfect! The price was amazing as well. Great experience!
I ordered an expensive designer bag…
I ordered an expensive designer bag from TSC on October 3.The bag was from a third party Queen Bee. The order was not processed byTSC until October 11, eight days later. I’m told I’ll receive my $4K bag probably by Oct 31. I am not happy about this. I’ve yet to see if the item will meet my expectations.
I LOVE TSC
I LOVE TSC. The ability to make payments on a wide variety of items makes it easier to get something if I need it but can't pay 100% upfront. The customer service is also top notch.
Do not waste your time or money
This is my second experience with customer service and a late order. I will never order from them again. Nor do I recommend anybody else. I mistakenly thought I would give them a second chance. It just seemed like such a good deal. I thought I would try again. Big mistake! I ordered a mattress from them and was told it was in stock and would be here within a week. After it was supposed to be here with no communication from them. I looked at my order only to see it is back ordered. When reaching out to them even after explaining, my son is now sleeping on the couch because we were expecting a mattress and we sold his other one. They don't offer anything. No discount. No, I'm sorry you're going through this. We will reach out to the mattress company. Nothing, but please be patient. It is Endy mattress, and I have also reached out to them. As according to TSC, it is because of them that the order is behind as they did not receive their shipment. Hopefully, they will be a little more helpful than TSC.
The absolute worst company to deal with…
The absolute worst company to deal with for orders. The clothes is poor quality for the most part, the sizes are not in sync. The most frustrating and ridiculous part is the return, where they charge a fee per item to return, which they do not publish and that you have to go through 10 automated inquiries before you reach a person to assist, and most of the time the people you speak to are completely incapable of helping. Management calls back when you escalate...sometimes, and then they are full of excuses... SAVE yourself...don't bother!

Do not purchase anything from tsc as they are now contracting venders from scam companies that will not refund your purchases of inferior cheap Chinese merchandise. This is a scam and should be avoided at all costs. Look at my tracking number on China post tracking AM462134825CN and it says delivered....crap
I placed an order at Gettysburg PA…
I placed an order at Gettysburg PA store went all the way into Gettysburg to pickup my order to be told I had to go to Hanover PA to pick it up. I don't have the gas money to be running all over the place to pick up what I need. They refused to give me the things I ordered at Gettysburg. I thought TSC stores were all the same. You have lost my business. I was a loyal customer and I will now go to the Rural King for my animal supplies.

I was a long-time customer
I was a long-time customer, and for the most part, satisfied with the service. But something has happened recently, not sure what, but their computer issues are beyond belief. I had a very annoying experience with a so-called 'customer service' person, who was beyond obnoxious, and it just got worse. I will never again order from TSC. They've gone form being convenient and easy to deal with to rude, uncaring and impossibly expensive in the long run. Don't waste your time and money.

The shopping network changed its business model. It is no longer a positive experience to purchase from TSC or to make arrangements to return an item.
Going forward, I would never buy anything from TSC, I don't recommend it to anyone.

I will never come back to this shopping mall. Actually, I shouldn't purchased any when I realized that the shipping fee was not free no matter how much I spent, as well as the shipping fee for returning the items. Qualities of products are so so poor and I ended up losing $26 for nothing because I paid the shipping for both directions. The items look so different with the images on their website. Such a terrible and not reliable shopping mall. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE. IT IS NOT WORTH TRYING IT.
