Server offline for weeks at a time, with 0 response on tickets.

I closed a TS service down, due to it being offline, and receiving 0 response from multiple tickets.

My mistake - raise a new request for another server nearly a year later (due to it being the cheapest).

They created me a new TS server with no connection details (yet showing online, and furthermore due to no details I cannot do any admin on). However, the old server is the one that has become active again, and we are able to join. As it shows offline on their services, I am still unable to perform any admin on it.

Again, multiple raised tickets later, including one which was closed by them - 0 response. Will never use this service again.

This company is nothing but frauds

This company is nothing but frauds. Submitted 8 tickets now since 11 Aug 2023. Not 1 ticket answered. My business partner called their "corporate interest" number and spoke to someone who swears this is not like them. I'm calling BS. All the reviews are terrible and I can see why. They don't answer tickets. I also sent a review to the BBB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Fraudulent company. [DO NOT BUY!]

Just purchased a 60 slot MUMBLE server for 12 months.
Never use it due to the lack of support by TSERVERHQ.
Contacted customer service/technical service and after 7 days theres still no response. Right now, I can tell this is a fraudulent company. 20 Dollars thrown to trash !!!

The service has been rock solid normally and the support service although rude normally do resolve the issue quite quickly.

Absolutely miserable.

Had a mumble server hosted between Feb. 2019 til today.

The service for the most part was good, a very cheap service provider with good ping, no real issues and only a few hiccups left and right (had about two outages til 2023). The customer service was a hit-and-miss where you'd get someone who was in a bad mood.

As of July 5th - July 9th this year, we started experiencing frequent disconnects, where you'd be disconnected from the service for about a minute or two.

As of July 10th, the service went down completely. Logging into their portal to try and restart the service would result in a 'Connection refused error'. I immediately went and logged a ticket that same day with the highest priority.

As I'm writing this, zero response. Absolutely no communication whatsoever on their support site, no status updates on their 'Network status' page, nothing. I even went as far as calling the company that Tserverhq is a subsidiary of (Invictus Inc.) to ask about the status. The agent was very surprised with the fact that no-one from Tserverhq had gotten back to us and sent TserverHQ a call with the promise that they would get back to me in one business hour.

Unsurprisingly, no reply at all.

Even worse, because of the constant outages and no support, I cancelled my service on Monday. I immediately get an automated message that my cancellation has been confirmed and that the service will be cancelled automatically within 24 hours. Guess what? It's been two days and it's still saying it's active.

Save yourself the time and money. Whatever this company used to provide is long gone, a husk of it's former self to just scam people out of their money.

Customer since 2020

I've been a customer since 2020 and their servers have been good barring two instances which were reported, and later fixed.

But now the TserverHQ ticket has been open for 5 days. and they haven't contacted back. I already paid a years service beforehand and this site has lost all trust on me as a customer. Their support email doesn't also doesn't work.

Their 98 % SLA is also a fineprint scam that has a cap of 1.5 months and their refund policy is practically nonexistant and doesn't exist and would need an act of god to actually be honored. No since act of god is actually written as a non honorable action.

Been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years. Most recent outage, no response to support ticket after 5 days of loss of service.

Shame really, I've had a good experience server-wise. However, the lack of customer support shines a different light on the company. Will not be renewing and you shouldn't either.

Scam and fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY!

Just purchased a 70 slot TS server for 12 months.
After 2 days of use server went down.

I've been a customer for years - DON'T BUY!!

I have been a customer of TserverHQ for several years. They have always been terrible with customer service but the services itself were always good.

HOWEVER, I stopped using their service for a year or so, upon starting again a few weeks ago by ordering 3 domains, web hosting and other services I've had absolutely no contact from the company. They have not set up my services, responded to any tickets or responded to paypal resolution communications.

Coercion

Coercion. In order to receive a refund for a mismanaged double purchase they required me to fill out a new billing agreement. Seek services elsewhere as this is easily the worst teamspeak provider around.

Customer of 3 years and more to come.

Had their ts3 server for 3 or 4 years now. In that time the server has been down for total of 7 days (14 compensated, some kind of DDOS). Every time i had problem with my server the customer service answered within 24hrs with solution or suggestions and we always worked out things just fine.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Told them I wanted to cancel and they will not comply. There is no service whatsoever. You'd think it would be the one thing they'd focus on as they have nothing to offer or differentiate themselves.

Horrible company!!!!

I emailed customer support tonite to ask for a cancelation due to the service never working. Did not ask for refund or anything else from the company simply stated I refused to do further business with a company who cannot deliver on there promises. there response.....

If you were still having problems you could have always contacted us. (did that multiple times) Your service was delivered and working exactly as advertised. It is a VPS meaning you are responsible for its set up and configuration and if others couldn't connect it was probably an issue with your configuration and could have asked us for help but you didn't. Please don't try to paint this as we cheated you when you know that wasn't the case.

Wow and I did on more than one occasion. However I asked for nothing but a cancellation of services and you decided it was acceptable to be rude. This is very bad customer relations. the email that you sent will now be posted to online review forums where before I had simply wanted the service to be cancelled and not have to deal with your company again. Ever hear the saying "the customer is always right" you might wish to remember this in future correspondence.

You are right you did open other support tickets with us that we answered. (never corrected the issue however) You never told us you had additional issues. If you would have contacted us they would have ben solved. Again your service was delivered as advertised and if you want t post this message to online forums we would be more than happy with that as people will agree on our side. Fast accurate and helpful customer support messages; a service that has a 100% uptime since you purchased; and a service that worked exactly as advertised are all very attractive things that you just can't get at many providers these days.

Ok so since the service did not work from day one and there customer support was unable or unwilling to fix the issue i'm guessing the point of this message was to let us all know that there advertisement should say something to the effect of "bring your business to us. It won't work properly and we won't fix the issue but you get to put up with us being rude while we don't fix your issue"

Never deal with this company. The can't deliver proper service and then blame it on the customer.

Condescending , arrogant and rude customer service

Well, it's not the first time I have problems with this so called company... Last night they made a migration or whatever of their service and people lost access to my server. Created a ticket and they told me to make people flush dns and if it didn't work to restart router. It didn't work, so I asked them to provide other solution. They just kept answering to the ticket with the information that it had to be something on their end. Asked people that never been to the server to try and access it and nothing but error. Told them that and they said it was problem on this users end too... I know this can't be true, so I insisted that they manage to find other solution, and they refused. They even said that people would have to wait until the dns flushed for itself... This is an horrible customer service, and it's not that cheap.

Why all the negative reviews? This hosting company is great!

I've only had positive experiences with this hosting company. The prices are cheap, and the support is 24/7. My server close to never goes down. I've always received a response to my support tickets in less than an hour, and it's always answered the question I've had. Don't be dissuaded by these reviews, I find this to be a great company.

This host is a joke.

Bought my server and less than a week later DDoS somehow magically started. When I questioned them I got a really long stupid email about how attackers are childish. It came off like the server hosts were saying "Well its not OUR fault so YOU must be getting attacked". This host is a joke. If you have this problem don't accept the new server they offer you because then that will get attacked and then they won't refund you. Don't spend your money on this. Their service is terrible, no one knows which end is up, and they will talk to you like you are a twelve year old.
