Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a shirt that had two different print styles, and they sent the incorrect one. I requested some sort of fix from customer service and "Charlies" basically told me that they processed the order as they got it and there was nothing I could do about it. Now I am stuck with a terrible shirt, and no willingness to remedy the situation from customer support.

Could you please check the email confirmation to see it? In this case, if you ordered this shirt and you received exactly it, we couldn't handle the issue, and you could re-order the version of "My body is a machine that turns dicks into sucked dicks"

Package received.....eventually
I placed an order for a sweatshirt for Christmas. I received updates as to the status of my order throughout. Once the package was mailed I was provided with a tracking number. My issues were with the delivery. Package was marked as delivered but was not received. This required several emails to the company and a foot search for my package. It was eventually delivered buy 5 days later. Chalk it up to Christmas and the high volume of packages perhaps. The product itself I am satisfied with. It is exactly what I ordered.
