Ten Days since they took my $ and nada
Here it is ten days since my order was taken along with my money and nothing. Not one reply as to any action being taken on thier part. I emailed and Charles said he would push them into action. Well two business days since then and still nothing.

I would not buy from them ever again
I would not buy from them ever again. I put in a couple of requests with no answer. On my bank account it says reoccurring charge. I've asked a couple of times why. No response to this question. Tried calling the company. I bought one coffee cup. The company is based in Singapore so there is an international fee as well. Says printed in America. Over all beautiful coffee cup rest of the service is seriously lacking.

Super happy with the mug I ordered nice quality. Could improve on communication. There website said 4-6 business days on shipping I ordered it on May 2nd and received it May 14th. They don’t tell you that once you order the product that then they will make your product then ship it to you. Was a little concerned when I contacted them they answered me and gave me a wrong tracking number. But everything worked out. Will order again now I know how there company works.
