Terrible company to do business with
Terrible company to do business with. Orders the wrong equipment and opens and attempts to use the parts. Despite T&Cs that would ordinarily prevent the ability to get the goods back for a refund, a deal was offered to get the goods back with a restocking fee. Despite also arranging a courier collection to pick the goods up for TSI hassle free and then refunding the goods, they still leave negative reviews. Perhaps they don't respect T&Cs and expect you to lose money when helping them with their errors. I would say to ensure your T&Cs are thorough when doing business with them, but in reality, since they don't care about what T&Cs they sign up to I'd probably say to avoid the hassle / negative press and avoid altogether.
