From the initial inquiry to the after sale customer services, the support team was great. Especially after you received the bike, there are many things/questions which needed some guidance and they are very helpful.
The bike itself is a little smaller that I thought but it works great for me and my wife since we are short, I am 5ft5 and she is under 5ft. When seated, my feet can touch the ground.
Power is great and if you unlock it's potential, it can go fast.
If you are tall and want to carry a passenger, I would recommend to get a bigger one.
Anyway, my experience with this company was excellent.

Bike is decently good, I unfortunately got cable brakes instead of hydraulics, but service is very quick and helpful

I got my daughter an ebike for college. And she absolutely loves it. Great price, great battery, and great ride. My daughter lost her key that unlocks the battery and she was so upset. I reached out to customer service and they resolved the situation and I was able to get another set of keys. They were very quick and professional. Thanks

Very very helpful when having issues. Bikes great.. Had to replace some parts due to an accident. They helped me reinstall it all by email.

We are enjoying our bike. My son was able to fit it up himself. There was a missing part and they got it to us in a timely manner.

My experience whit this e-bike is great.I have friends they ride bike.they likes to buy one but they have to save money. I was told all my freinds this E-bike is perfect to ride.

Even though I experienced an issue with the battery on my eBike, the customer service team was outstanding. They responded to my emails quickly, provided clear step-by-step instructions to help me diagnose that the problem was the battery, and were professional throughout the process. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and stand behind their product.

I purchased two TST E Bikes. After about 15 miles, one of them stopped turning on. After replacing a few wires and some other things, we finally got a new display and that fixed the bike. The support team was very responsive to fix this issue. Thx,

Got my tst e-bike back in January it’s perfect for what I need gym, work, etc. I lost a screw for the back fender so I called customer service and they sent me a new part.

Tst R002 is amazing!! Bought for my son now I need one for myself. Great power, Great suspension, and easy to put together.

The bike is all they claim it is. Mine came with a bad button on the module. They had me do a video and they sent me a new one at no charge. Now im up and running. Well built machine too.

The bike shipped with a broken battery and other defective parts. I'm pretty sure they're using refurbished parts claiming they're new. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in my life. Don't even think about getting somebody on the phone because it's not going to happen. And once we started asking about replacement parts they immediately stopped responding to our emails. Do not buy from this company.

I'm not looking for anything crazy fancy or expensive. So I got one tst which is perfect for me at this price range.

So good, so far. I ride both street and dirt but more dirt, more fun and interesting when off on the beaten path.

TST R002 has been the greatest experience I have ever had for night rides, and I been biking this bike lane since I was a child, I never felt so safe, especially since this area is running wild with aggressive coyotes when hungry...
