Great company, I really loved what I got in my order there! It shipped out quickly too, which surprised me.

Everything is excellent quality and looks exactly like the product photos. It's also safe for those with nickel allergies. I've slept in them and had no irritation or anything. I live in the US, and everything got to me in a few days.

I’ve been buying my chokers exclusively from this company since 2021. The quality has improved drastically and the pieces in their collection continue to amaze. I never take mine off, sleep, shower, ocean and it never tarnishes.

The quality of my battleaxe earing is top notch, very beautifully crafted.

I love the different jewelry that they offer

I ordered so many times from TsukiBlade already and i was always very satisfied. I got a lot of necklaces and earrings. They are all great quality and look so so stunning.
But the bags actually made my life so convenient. The sacrafice tode bag fits all my things i need to Magic The Gathering or/and Pokemon TCG: My trade binder(4 pocket binder), a 2 decks box, 1 commander deck box, a dice pouch, a extra box with different sleeses, a playmat, a little journal, Sacrifice Wallet, some make up for touch ups, and a water bottle.
A 9 pocket binder also would fit from the size instead of the 4pocket one.
This bag helps me to put my outfit together perfectly for my nerdy TCG activities.

The bloodmoon bag is also so nice since it only has a shoulder strap. I personally dont like small bags with hand handles. They are just in the way when i use the shoulder strap. So this bag is just perfect for me and it hold everything I need for casual going out with friends, or on dates or just for shopping or running errands.
Sadly they dont sell it anymore but if they will sell a bag like this again you can bet i will buy it.

About the jewelry. I think there are so many pieces fitting for any gender. I really love everything I got from them so far.
I think the only complaint I have is that i really want to get the Rings aswell but i have too thick fingers for the sizes they offer. But thats a me problem and not their fault.

Service: literally everytime I needed some help they where so nice and helpful. Every Problem always got solved. Their customer service is very friendly and (what is improtant to me) you talk/chat to real humans and not AI.

Thank you Luna for making such beautiful accessories and always put so much love and thought in ever piece.

I still stand by my opinion that these wonderful women are truly incredible at what they do. Not only is their customer service genuine and kind, but their product knowledge makes the experience even more special. It always feels good to know they are doing something that truly connects with the customer, because personally, it creates a more human connection than anything else. Customer service is always super sweet and helpful. I was shocked to receive even more than I asked for in my package resulting from an inquiry. 100/10 customer service, Geena and Luna sending kisses to you from Germany. Will always repurchase.

Update:
Luna did reach out to me, and refunded my order eventhough that is against their policy, she also offered me the choice to still receive the item as well as a $40 gift card.
It seemed my order just got extremely unlucky and lots of external factors played into it. Which caused them to want to wait on those factors before responding to me. Obviously a more consistent update would've been nice, but the team has been very responsive and honest with me since this happend which I truely appreciate.

I ordered back in November, and sadly the first package got lost in transit (or returned to them because the label got damaged). I emailed them and was promised to get a new one. Sadly half a year has passed, they never shipped my items again. I had mentioned to them that the deadline for asking for my money back through my credit card was in April, they responded to my emails until April and then ghosted me. It honestly feels like they seem to have purposefully waited until after the deadline since there was nothing I could do to get my money back. And keep in mind I was patient, I send 6 emails over a 6 month time line, they responded with "ye ye we will ship it" for 6 months without actually doing anything. Shipping labels have been created and shared with me twice, but nothing updated after "label created", no package was ever send and I am truly heartbroken.
I was so excited, and genuinely feel scammed. I know they are a small business, and I want to be patient around shipping, but this is truly awful customer service and I am very sad it went this way, as this was my first experience with them and would've loved to order more pieces. But not being able to fix an issue in 6 months is really alarming, and just not responding is disgraceful.

Order took a little bit to get to me, but the pieces are comfortable, don't bug my sensitive ears, and are easy to sleep in if you are wearing the ones with the smaller dangles. The larger earrings are a little heavy and extended my earlobes when in use but were never uncomfortable or painful at all.

I have ordered for the second time now and continue to absolutely adore this brand. Shipping is fast and reliable and the jewelery is so so gorgeous and of great quality. Everything from my first order over half a year ago is still in amazing condition. It doesn't lose its shine or colour even with daily wear and is gentle on the skin. So glad I've found them and will defnitely order again.

Bad service. Will not be ordering from someone with an attitude like this. They were not helpful or willing to work things out with my package that got misrouted and delayed way past the estimated dates (more than 11 days overdue!). Avoid this shop if you value customer support.

The 2/5 is intentional. The product is well made and high quality, and I appreciate the craftsmanship. I ordered March 29 and reached out April 4 for an ETA, being told dispatch was 7–9 days. On April 12 I requested an update or refund but got no real progress. On April 20 I initiated a chargeback; that night shipping updated, and on April 22 I received: "I hope you know you are so unreasonable and an unkind person. We are a small team who makes everything to order. We were behind due to a new staff training and had too many orders to work through. You try to steal from us with a chargeback and then leave us a nasty review when we have done nothing wrong, you are just impatient and have way too high expectations for a small independent business. If you have any kindness or humanity you will retract your review and cancel your chargeback as it is theft what you have done.. If not we will report this fraudulent behaviour to your bank and of course shopify which will flag you as fraudulent for every other store online.... This behaviour is not acceptable.." I only sought communication. My order arrived April 22 and I removed the chargeback. Accusations were unnecessary. I like the products, but this service makes me unlikely to return.

Edit: canceling chargebacks (submitted 4/22 by the way) take a bit to process and the chargeback was done before I even got the update that your earrings were shipped. I have proof to back this up but you are genuinely displeasing to talk to and settle things with. Please do better with your customer service. Thank you for your service and goodbye.

I had been looking for some unique alternative style jewelry for a while when I came across this store. I ordered a few pieces for everyday wear and for an upcoming concert. I ordered these pieces a little under a month ahead of time for the event, and unfortunately they didn’t arrive until the week afterwards. Even so, when I reached out regarding the wait, customer service was quick to respond and respectful in letting me know their status.
After receiving my order I can confidently say it was worth the wait, everything is gorgeously made and I am very impressed with the quality. I love that everything was individually packaged and even came with a small microfiber cloth to care for my new jewelry. I will definitely be back for more!

Tsuki always makes really high quality pieces that are durable even for everyday wear. I love how great/communicative their customer service has been, same as the delivery services are

I've been following the artist for quite some time and find the designs incredibly beautiful and creative. All the items were shipped neatly in proper packaging. A smile brought a piece of candy that was included. The jewelry is well-made and neatly crafted. The small instruction leaflet is very helpful.
