This was suspicious but it worked wouldn’t recommend buying if you are out of the states though cause from what I have seen people from other states countries have not received their orders

They use a lot of bots to advertise in TTD games through spam, and they make profits by exploiting people who are unaware of the market.
However, it doesn't seem like it's a scam, and it doesn't seem like you won't receive gems.

It's not restocking, it's been about a month.
I ordered 1k gems at first to test the site to see if it works and it does but after these last couple weeks the site has said that it is sold out and i can't place orders, i tried refreshing but nothing worked!
