Easy and quick

Clean & modern. Annoying weak male guitar music on repeat though, please change this to someting similarly neutral but not annoying. For example pink floyd or röyksopp.

The loading and dock staff in Travemünde and Trelleborg werde great. The crossing was also good, quite satisfactory. However, on the return journey, on board ship, everything left a lot to be desired! Unless you turned up between 11 and 12.30 you could get something to eat. After that, not a chance until 18.30. All day having to famine, not even an antelope in sight! Not good... My stomach was hanging to the floor and also gagging for something to drink to go with the meal.
Also, the ladies in reception need to get a grip, their mouthes down to their feet and faces like tripe. I don't expect them to be laughing all day, but do look a litte happier.
Next time I travel with TT Lines, I expect a 100% discount on my booking.

Had to buy very bad option due to lack of pet cabin 2,5 months before trip. That’s a shame!

It was very good and nice. The ship is clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful.
Food, well can be improved - it will be nice to find some eco - options and/or some simple plates with natural ingredients.

The trip from Trelleborg to Roctock was great, with a good clean ferry. But the return trip from Rostock to Trelleborg was not good. First, the departure was so late, well over one hour after schedule and secomd, the ferry was so uncomfortable with below standard meals.

New Peter Pan, the cabin not cleaned. Dirty table, hair under shower and nails on the carpet. The ship quite nice but not all lifts working plus my car was parked on the dack 1 from which there was no elevator. The nearest one was on the dack 7. With my injured leg it was not easy to go up and reach the proper dack. Regards and fingers crossed for improvement. Btw crew and security ver nice.

Everything was good, except that my kid's birthdate selection. She was born in december 2016 and in the calendar widget I couldn't choose december month. There was months only for July or something like that. So I had to remove the readonly attribute from the input field and fill in the correct birthdate without using the popup calendar.

Very easy to book, service is TOP and the prices are fair!!
The cabins are clean, even towels!
Never have to drive through Denmark anymore because the ferry Putgarden/Rodby is much too expensive.
So, I can recommend TT line to everyone :-)

The price increace every time I search for a trip

The early ship from Rostock to Trelleborg is the worst experience ever. After the breakfast beeing served from 8.00 to 9.00 nothing is available until 14.00. The toilet have no soap etc..... I recommend to choose Stena Line instead. More comfortable ships and cleaner.

Day sailing our car was damage scratched through to paint and dented both sides. Tt line told us a procedure to go through getting two quotes stat dec and photos only to be told there was no incident report so werent going to do anything. Left with $2500 worth of damage. We hadnt noticed damage as dark have a disability so getting in car was priority and with a child with disability. Basically they could not care less. Very disappointed in being given run around and basically fob off with their legal letters. Hmm think ill fly from now on
Update i did send feedback to your customer service and if you read my feedback thats the response i got after a month and them knowing full well they werent going to deal with it properly very disappointed as i am a pensioner who looks after a child with a disability and i dont have $2500 to fix the damage.

All the segments of mu trip from booking to arrival went perfect
