Onboarding was very well done and any help I needed there was someone to help all the time.
When I started working TTM were very helpful with getting me a placement site to work and made sure that I continuously had work.
Any concerns I had very easy to call them with concerns and it would be sorted quickly.

TTM is no longer the same, I have been with them since 2018, and I had no issue at all until last 17th of November 2024. I worked a long day shift on the date stated and until now, I wasn’t paid. I sent email after email to follow up on my pay, but until now, it’s nearly 3 months and I haven’t received my pay.
I have been extremely disappointed with how this problem is being managed and until now, I am still chasing them to pay for the shift I worked on 17th of November 2024.
Can anyone reply to my email with an update?

TTM are a great company to work for. They always have your back and that is what matters. They pay a little better than the rest as well.

Working with TTM has been a pleasure. Using ROTA app is too handy.

I am usually in touch & liaised with Roisin McSweeney for rota and shifts. She is Super Friendly, very Quick, with excellent communication and connection in providing and assisting the jobs.

The jobs and issues become super handy with convenient conversation with her quick support.

I'm over 10 years working with TTM as a health care assistant.
I'm happy working in SUH and I love working the shifts that suits me.
I get great satisfaction knowing im changing people's lives knowing I'm putting a smile on people's faces while they are recovering.
At least once a year I try pop down to TTM office in ennis Co. Clare and meet with my area managers and some long serving friends from when I started all them years ago.
So years to many more years with TTM.

I have only been working for TTM for a few months but the service and support they gave are amazing. When I started my journey with TTM they could not have been more supportive.

My experience with TTM has been amazing. I love the Rota system. I appreciate the efficiency from my consultant Ian Byrne. His efforts and reliability are second to none. Any time I have to contact him he is prompt and goes above and beyond. Always ensuring work placement for me.I feel supported by the whole team at TTM.

I have worked with TTM for the last 3 years and I really enjoy it. They are very accommodating and are quick to sort out any problems that arise.

So far, my experience has been very good. I’ve been taken care of and my issues listened to if and when I’ve had some. Sarah Carey has done a fantastic job looking out for me while I’m in the workplace and ensuring all is going well for me.

TTM it is no longer what it once was, I am not recommending to anyone to work with them, you going to have only Headaches.
They don't care about hard working carers, they will gave the shifts only for the permanent ones,no answers to calls,email or they can say we will get back to you but never did, you will stay with no shifts for months.Rota it's a joke,I am applying for the shift that I see on it and never got booked in. My last drop was that they didn't pay my salary for one week it was very hard to reach them as no one knows anything to explain me why I didn't get my salary on time, eventually the salary was processed on Saturday morning,And there is much more bad experience with them.I wish they will get better or the management needs to be changed or they can give the priority to the new agency which they are 💯%better than them with no issues. I hope I didn't frustrated anyone but this is my review and I could not cope any more.Thx

I have a very hard time working with TTM since march. As someone with ASD and other issues I get no help, staff getting annoyed for trying to gain clarity try to ring in sick and I don't get an answer.

Shifts cancelled last minute or seconds after I accepted. Most go up while your working and you have to try juggling working on your shift and accepting them or you have no shifts.

Very hard to get shifts and you can't question anything.

I've gone many weeks with no pay and was told it's tough luck. When I asked if I can possible move to someone else within TTM I'm told no or ignored.

They don't care for the staff or the patient welfare

Absolutely dirt company, my mother has been working for them for a year and they cut her hours. She paid for several courses before they even accepted her and bear in mind she never compensated for it. Definitely stay away from this company. They could never do this if they had office in Dublin. These people need to put out of business.

I wish this the worst TTM agency will not get any contracts this year. Nasty people nasty agency who treat nasty employees.

I would not recommend working for this company, they are impossible to deal with. Emails and calls go unanswered and if you ever have an issue with pay dont expect anyone to help you fix it. I have had the displeasure of working under this company for a year and while the people i worked with in the hse were great this company that is supposed to look after your interests is a joke. It has taken a year to get missing back pay and even then its not correct and i have no way of getting it looked into as they do nothing. Asking to speak to a manager no one is ever available. It takes them a month to get back to emails or more usually never get an answer. They charge you for putting you in a job. They dont conduct pay reviews to make sure you are being paid correctly from the start. I would not ever want to work with this company ever again i cant see how they are allowed to treat people this badly. All they are interested in ripping people off and doing nothing.

Grumpy office staffs, rude and unprofessional. TTM used to be a good place to work back in 2019. But not anymore. Many SCW Left because they had been treated badly. Stay away from TTM if you care about your mental health.

Stay away all they care about is making money they don't care about there employees there training courses VERY expensive other agency's much cheaper Stay away from healthcare you get treated like dirt and ttm won't back u up

Very caring and trustworthy. Clauda always does what she promised to do. Payments always on time.
