Staff were so helpful

Staff were so helpful, there was a technical error with my order and it ended up placing twice - I emailed them and same day the issue was sorted and money refunded.

I was looking for a specific dye lot that I had suspected run out since it was bought 4 years ago but I managed to find the last two here. The yarn was well priced, arrived on time and was absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Briiliant

What a lovely online shopping experience! Loads of choice, great prices - I was able to get exactly what I wanted with no trouble at all. Would love to visit the shop in person too.
