I would have given no stars if possible. Avoid this company, placed an order early December, only reply I’ve received after emailing to cancel for a refund says they will look into it, emailing daily now but no replies, total scam !

I placed an order with this company on the 9th October 2024 for a watch, even though I received an email confirming my order I haven't received my watch yet. Today is the 22nd November 2024. I requested a refund, but I haven't received a reply to my email yet. I don't trust this Company.
I didn't receive my purchase even though they kept insisting l did. I never heard back from them when l asked them to produce photo evidence of the delivery. I believe this is just a scam
It is very cheap the bracelet is too small paid too much how can I return get my money back
A lovely watch was bought as a christmas present, which unfortunately the strap come apart from the the watch early Feb and havn't been worn more than 4 times. Emailed company, hoping to rectify problem under 1 year faulty goods policy, but got the response they would do nothing as it was over their 30 day policy. I will not be buying anything from this company again or recommending ir to anyone else
