scammers. got kicked out for nothing. prices are scandalous

Ordered on 22 August, missed delivery with DPD, emailed the customer support few weeks later which was no help as they advised still with DPD and will be processed when received

Not been accepted by me (customer) so your responsibility, no chased up with DPD, no apology, still no refund and not even emailing me back

Bought a cake today to have with my lunch, got home to find that there was mold growing on the bottom of the cake. Very disappointing.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. 1st order sent missing one item, messaged multi times no response and when they did couldn’t even be bothered to read the issue, their customer service is 0 it’s horrendous, I still haven’t gotten either my product or money back because they are incompetent but ok at taking your money, SCAMMERS avoid at all costs.

Only sent part of the order in a small box. Company responded saying they use ‘smaller’ boxes to send the items sent and the larger box would have been big enough to fit the missing item in. Took no ownership and didn’t investigate, covering their own back and don’t care about customer service. Poor service and experience overall

Spent a fortune on there tik tok shop but my last order half was missing and they don’t do anything about it ….refund request rejected totally ignored on all contact methods

Ordered an item online and paid £5.99 for express shipping. One week later my item arrived. Upon opening my parcel I notice that every box has an expiration date of 2 weeks time. For context. I bought 15 crème eggs. I attempted to email the company three times to query the whereabouts of my order and was ignored. I finally got hold of someone on instagram. They then tell me the shipping was ok because it doesn’t take into account processing and despatch. So the express was correct as that was just the ‘shipping part’ of the sale. Disgusting. If I’d known that would I have spent £6 to get it in 3 days? No I would not. And to address the short dated stock they simply did not care because it was still consumable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

Ordered items from the tictoc shop and the order only had one item in the box not the 8 ish expected contact was made via tictoc to request the missing items to be told a mistake was impossible and basically tuff. They advised they get loads of complaints regarding missing items that are scams so basically they don't trust customers. In short if you order from the video it so you have evidence of missing items and wrong items.

Extremely poor service. Ordered items online, but half the products in my order were cancelled and the package was shipped of. Nobody bothered to contact me about it, and ask whether I still wanted to go ahead with the order.

If they had contacted me, I would not have gone through with the order as it does not make sense to be paying expensive delivery fees for half an order (2 small items)

Contacted customer service, and asked them if I could send the goods back for a full refund. They completely ignored my request, despite bringing it up on 2 occasions (2 emails). They talked around the issues I raised, but gave me no resolution.

Seems very unreasonable to have to pay expensive delivery fees, despite half my order being cancelled and I was not contacted about it.

Very bad service, poor communication and I will certainly not be buying from here again, nor would I reccomend this company.

What a great creation. Lots of flavours of slushes and desserts to choose from

But it’s a bit small for amount of people going into the space

2 metre rules went out the window with kids and waiting time for good 20 mins so slush has melted by the time it’s ready

Emergency door would be better for exiting
Floor a little slippy too.

Plus it would be better if more structured for orders someone always making crepes as it was lunchtime and only one machine. .

Great ice cream and churros though just needs tweaked. Would be better in a bigger space more seats for cafe .

Cool wee place, staff could be better with people & they could put a smile on there face
