After a delayed dispatch the order hasn’t arrived after 8 weeks. Have tried to contact customer service repeatedly and though multiple platforms- no response.
After being understanding with the covid delays we have lost out completely no product, no response and no recourse through PayPal due to the time frame of the delays. Now left hoping for a miracle that the parcel eventually turns up .
Very disappointed

this is a very nice quality hoodie that I wear almost everyday! It was surprisingly nice quality and SUPER SOFT. I've gotten many compliments in the hoodie since it has a nice design. I'm 5'1 and the small hoodie hits around my hip area. People have complained about the wait time, The Tubbo Moment staff emailed everyone who bought stuff, including myself, saying they had to push back shipping due to COVID-19 regulations and the would ship till early-mid October. It's a super nice hoodie and is my comfort hoodie!!
After 5 weeks we recieved the sweaters. Quality of the fabrics is disappointing. Not anything like the pictures on the website. Very cheap! Please don't order here!
