If i could of i would have given 4 and a half starsjust because of a couple of little niggles, I didn't feel I could.

Website had good information about products but not enough about practicalities of setting up and space needed for a tub. And had difficulty communicating with owner re set up and suitability of tub. Did not get a message about delivery until the morning of the day it was due and 8pm the night before it was due to be collected. A text the day before just confirming times and another text afternoon before collection would have been really help with scheduling my day.

Unfortunately the tub had grit and bits in the bottom, i was told some had come out of my hose which had been in the shed but there was quite alot under the bubble skirt. I was eventally able to get this out.

Other than these minor issues, it was good value for money. We had largest tub and it was just about comfortable for 4 adults at a time. Set up and take down very good.

As I said tiny niggles and will definitely be ordering again this summer, hopefully for a week if we get the weather! 🤞

Arrived on time, set up was quick with full instructions on how to look after the tub. Collection also super easy. Kids had a fab time.

Great service & advice. Hot tub worked really well and was a great way to celebrate my daughter's birthday - even in January!!
