Very good service and hot tub hire. Would use again

I would have no hesitation using this company again. They were very reliable and efficient. Simon was always helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had.

Amazing service and a very high quality hot tub. Very accommodating team too, delivered on Saturday which is not their usual delivery day to get it here in time for the birthday party. Great fun for the family and kids loved it. It does take time to warm up but once warm its very enjoyable.

Booom...what a time we had, absolutely fantastic. Top-drawer service, i was a bit sceptical with the intial lack of communication, however people please be reassured that these guys will deliver. It was a seemless setup and removal, absolutely no issues at all. Thank you tubs4hire. Ill be in touch in the near future.

The tub was great, but we struggled to manage the chlorine levels. It would have been great if PH sticks had been included.

Very helpful and great hot tubs. Would have been five star if more guidance on maintenance needed for two week hire had been given upfront

We really enjoyed the hot tub but on the day we booked it it turned up quite a lot later than the booking time we arranged ( supposed to come between 1 and 2 yet arrived at around 5pm. It was collected however first thing on collection day ( between 9 and 10) so felt we lost out a bit. We also had issues where the temperature on the tub on two separate occasions dropped down to 23 degrees overnight so lost two days where we had to heat the hot tub up again. The first time it happened I assumed one of my children had tampered with the temperature buttons but they definitely did not have an opportunity to do this the second time so I don’t know what happened. They were very quick to respond when we reported this the first time and Jane actually came around to look at the problem and sorted it which was fantastic. The time we had in the tub was lovely and it is a very relaxing way to wind down after a long day.

Hired the tub for my partners 50th birthday week. Easy to sort out online, plenty of extras if desired. The guy turned up when expected and installed the tub within the hour. He explained everything we needed to know to get the most out of our hire. The tub was at temperature after two days ( due to the weather being cold ). As soon as it reached the desired temperature we were in it. It was exactly what we expected and absolutely hassle free with the collection just as easy as the installation.
If we need a hot tub again we will definitely call these guys, five star service.
