Good Quality Perfect Fit Mattress Protector

Ordered a mattress protector for my Buccaneer Barracuda. It couldn’t be more simply, just send your caravan make, model, year and jobs done. My protector arrived beautifully packaged with a nice card. It is very good quality and a perfect fit. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.

Bedding for motorhome

Ordered a mattress protector, topper, fitted sheet, duvet and duvet set. Finished to a very high standard. Lovely soft material. Looks great and fits so well. We we able to collect as live close to the company and the communications were good. Will be getting another set in due course.

Only when I checked out it said 4-5…

Only when I checked out it said 4-5 weeks delivery so I cancelled to which I got a very rude director reply by email this company does not deserve any business I paid for order immediately but took several emails and 6 days for refund
A uk business or family business need to be more understanding or let the Chinese have it
I reordered with Duvalay fantastic service and only 10-12 days delivery

Hi Mr.Martin. A few facts to verify,

1.it actually says (as explained) on our front page what our turnaround time is, and on the product page under shipping info, AND in shipping info AND in FAQs.
2. The one that was "rude" was you, demanding a cancellation and warning me "to think about the review"
3. Your cancellation was indeed actioned as soon as the office was open again, and in said notification it clearly stated "refunded"
4. Your complaint about "several emails and 6 days for a refund" is clearly geared towards your card issuer, as everyone who has EVER ordered online knows, the bank takes up to 2 weeks to transfer monies back once notified. I myself do find this crazy in this day of instant banking, but it is indeed a fact!

We were more than understanding and offered you alternative's due to you not leaving it long enough to have our bespoke "custom made" products.

A good service and great product will always have a wait time, this is because of the sheer volume of people recognising this for what it is and entrusting us to make their bespoke items.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend, the ladies did a great job of my caravan fitted sheets so easy to order very helpful nothing is to much trouble goes out of there way to help and loads of colours to choose from quality of the sheets number one,
They gave me a time frame of when I might get my sheets and they were spot on will definitely be using them again .

I wish I had read the reviews before - the worst customer service ever…

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. Their customer service is absolutely a joke.

At the point of ordering I hadn’t realised the long lead time on deliveries. I had an email conversation with Michelle who is a director of the company explaining I needed them earlier. She offered me a selection of alternative bedding sets which I could have sooner or to pay an additional charge to have a seamstress work overtime to complete. At no point did she advise I was still in their cancellation period if I wanted to refund.

24 hours outside of their cancellation period I asked could I refund to be told no. The reason she gave was they had already cut the fabric for my bedding.

I find this explanation doubtful for the following reasons:
1. I ordered and spoke with Michelle on Thursday. Under their own terms I could cancel on the Friday. This means, knowing that I was considering the best way forward she must have arranged for fabric to be cut on the first working day Monday for it to be already cut when I tried to cancel on Tuesday. Why?
2. The additional charge was the same if I wanted them made earlier when I spoke with Michelle on Wednesday even though there was less work to be done as according to her they had already cut the fabric. Or had they?
3. They claim the set I choose is their best selling one. If so, why couldn’t they simply sell to another customer?
4. The exact same bedding sets which is available on Dunelm. They even use their marketing pictures. So just how bespoke is this? (Pictures attached)
5. When I attempted to follow up with Michelle to find a solution it was clear she wasn’t interested. For her it’s all about grabbing what money she can.
6. I don’t normally leave reviews, especially for small businesses and especially because the initial error was mine (not seeing the delivery period). The treatment by Michelle has left such a sour taste that I felt compelled to warn anyone else thinking of purchasing from this company and I haven’t even received the product yet.

I placed an order for a fitted bed…

I placed an order for a fitted bed sheet for our caravan. I didn’t realise until after placing the order that I hadn’t factored in our mattress topper! Tuck Me Under were so helpful and accommodating- I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again!

Quality and excellence

We needed a fitted sheet and mattress protector for our new caravan that has an island bed but like many - curved at the foot. We provided details of our caravan and the measurements of the bed, as clearly set out on the website and in a very short space of time received a perfectly fitting protector and sheet. The service and the quality was excellent.

Excellent service

I have used this company for summer and winter bedding, I have been unsure what size I needed and they have helped me no end. I have the tuck me under sets and they are great and make the bed look so tidy and neat.

WASTE OF MONEY

WASTE OF MONEY
I ordered a mattress topper £170.
Had to wait 6 weeks for delivery after chassing them up a couple of times it finally arrived, after sleeping on it for a few nights it was about useless.
When I called to ask for a refund I was told NO as I had taken it out of its packaging I found this surprising as how would I know it was useless unless I tried sleeping on it.
When I mentioned that I was going to leave a negative review the lady got very abusive. I am now seeking legal advice, I strongly advise anyone not to waste money with this awful company.
I totally disagree with the response below by Tuck-Me-under I was never aggressive I only called them to see when my order would arrive and said I didn't realise it would take so long for delivery I was disappointed but by no means abusive in any way but as you can clearly read from the many other bad reviews about this company who also state of the abusive attitude of the customer service.

Should be reported to trading standards!

Firstly, the claim that you waited six weeks for delivery is incorrect. Your order was delivered 30 days after it was placed, well within the timeframe specified at checkout. During this time, you contacted us once to inquire about delivery and were unnecessarily aggressive, warning us to “send it soon, or else.”

As for your refund request, we explained that the mattress topper was made bespoke to your specific bed size. Our terms clearly state that bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty, a policy consistent with UK consumer law.

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and customer service, so it’s deeply upsetting to see you resort to threats of poor reviews and legal action simply because you didn’t achieve the results you hoped for. While we empathize with any ailments you may suffer, no product can guarantee relief, and it’s unfair to label ours as “useless” as a result.

Lastly, we categorically refute your accusation of abusive behaviour from our staff. The only aggression in this interaction came from you, and we do not tolerate such behaviour towards our team.

We work hard to create high-quality bedding for our customers and strive to make every experience a positive one. However, there are times when we cannot meet unreasonable expectations or condone abusive conduct.

AVOID!!I IF I could give 0 stars I would..where…

If I could give 0 stars I would..where do I start..spent nearly £1000!..with this company. Firstly wasn't told when order would be arriving..luckily I was home that day. No communication from them with regards delivery. Ordered seat covers for coachman caravan at the caravan show. Ordered winter fawn a lovely beige colour inwas assured these would fit perfectly and made to fit my caravan..what a joke!...the ones I received are most definitely pink. They are just throws purchased from another company with elastic sewn in to make the seat cover..fitting was an absolute nightmare and after numerous attempts I have just given up they look cheap and something from the 70s..pink and definitely do not fit. Wasnt told when ordering the bolster arm rest covers were extra and not included. These were an extra £80+. Once i realised the covers were such poor quality i cancelled these.Also in that order was a mattress protector..so so poor again doesn't fit..its approx 3inch short of the mattress all around. I was told this would flattern and then fit better...Big No!..Then 2 full duvet sets..wish I had stuck with Dunelm..the duvet doesn't fit in the covers..the cover had been sewn to the shape of the bed..the top of the cover is larger than the bottom hence the duvet inside moves when sleeping..ending up with just sheet over you and duvet rushed up at the bottom of the cover.
Customer service..what a joke ..once they have your money they are not interested..I even offered to return the items in person to be told no refund would be given and these 'bespoke' items were made exclusively for my van. When anyone could have ordered the same...
I was accused of threatening the company when offered to return items. Trading standards have been informed.
Please do not make the same expensive mistake I did.

Following the response from owner...I did not request a replacement corner cover this was sent without me asking for it as I knew I wouldn't be using the rest of the covers. As for enjoying them..what a joke..they are still in the plastic bag they sent them in . I would be highly embarrassed to put these cheap looking altered throws in my brand new caravan!
If I could sell them on I would be embarrassed to do so 😕

According to our records, the only concern you initially communicated to us was about the shade of the seat covers, which you selected in person and tested in your van. You appeared satisfied with the colour at that time and subsequently ordered armrests in the same material.

After receiving your order, you expressed dissatisfaction with the colour, and we informed you that returns were not possible due to the custom nature of the seat covers. We regret that this response did not meet your expectations.

Regarding the fit of the seat covers, you did mention that the corner cover did not quite fit properly. Our director offered to visit you to address any concerns directly, but this offer was declined as the main concern seemed to be the colour. However, a new cover for your corner cushion was remade and sent out promptly.

We have responded to all your communications, and we stand by the quality of our products and the efforts we make to support our customers. If there were any additional concerns, we would have been open to addressing them.

We believe our seat covers offer great protection and enhance the comfort of your lounge area, and we hope you continue to enjoy these benefits.

and Day cover protector for filler mattress - Jersey Quilted / White × 1 - sent ivory so does no match the other items again

so basically I have to just put up with it.

Island bed sheet

We ordered a fitted sheet for our caravan island bed. We were told it was made to order and would take a few weeks to arrive but it was well worth the wait as it is good quality and fitted perfectly. Extremely happy 🥰
