Scammed! acturscr.com billing for Tudum?

Either Tudum is a scam or the third party billing site acturscr.com is a scam. I never signed up for a subscription to Tudum, yet some third party billing company called acturscr.com has been billing my account monthly for it. Tudum calls themselves "Tudum by Netflix" and Netflix customer service calls them a partner site but the Tudum site has no contact information and Netflix was unable to give me any helpful information.

I do not recall signing up for tudum.com

I do not recall signing up for this service, but I have been charged $39.95 and $4.95. The billing line on my credit card is marked SC-PLCE.US, and the phone number is 855-960-4567. When I called the number, it immediately went to a busy signal every time I called.

FRAUD!

Similar to others, they got me through a parking app, and 14 months and almost $700 later, I caught it. I thought it was a legitimate charge my husband signed up for, but nope! I downloaded the ParkMobile app, and put in all of my credit card info as it asked, and then I got some error, but I didn't think much of it. It wasn't until I looked at the exact date of the first charge that I even realized how it happened! I contacted SHLDPAYSHLDGO, which is the company who's name showed up on my statement, and they said I signed up for this Tudum service the same day I tried to download and pay for parking, but I definitely didn't, (considering their website is useless anyway). They said they'd refund me the money they stole, but so far, I haven't seen it.

This is totally a scam

This is totally a scam. Got a charge for $49.95. When I called to inquire, she wanted to get some information from me to look further into it. I told her I was not giving her any information until I learned more about their company and how they got a hold of my credit card information. She abruptly ended the call and hung up.

I DID NOT sign up for this service

I DID NOT sign up for this service. A recurring charge of $39.95 to a company called Caught in Battle started showing up on my card a few months ago. I just called to cancel it, but I am worried that they won't actually cancel it. They said the charge was for a streaming service called Tudum.co. I don't have this streaming service. Not sure how they had my card number and email address. I think it might have happened when I tried to download a parking app. I saw this happened to other people on an Apple forum.

Like What the Actual #@$&!!!

Like many others I seem to be coming across, I too have been getting charged on my credit card a lot of money every month. I am sure I canceled before when I saw these charges. They credited me and then yet here they are again. I for the life of me cannot understand how they got my name email and credit card because I have never even heard of this streaming service let alone subscribe to it. I just finished live chatting with them again and they have assured me that it is canceled but who knows how much money I'm out. They weren't going to credit me but I said they better do something. There's absolutely no way I would have agreed to pay 40 bucks a month us 55 Canadian for a streaming service. Makes no sense.

100% fraudulent!

100% fraudulent charge! I'm embarrassed to say it took me 6 months to notice this 39.95/month charge on my credit card statements from fun-rus.co the fee collection site used by tudum.co. The agent I spoke with agreed to refund the past 3 months of 39.95/mo. payments, which is at least better than nothing.
Unlile other reviewers we don't have Netflix, so they obviously have other avenues for snagging your information. Lesson to self -- scrutinize every billing statement! These scammers should rot in jail for what they're doing to people.

Scam city.

Scam city.

Yeah, having the same issue as everyone else. I found several charges on my account, with a description of fiti2 (dot) xyz

This scam has got my wife and I for over $320. Like others, my first charge was 7/01/2022. They have got me every month since for a charge of 39.95, and a separate charge of 4.95. The $39 normally happens around the last/ first day of the month, and the $5 happens between the 6 and 12th day of the month.

My wife (somehow through our bank) found a phone number to call, and they told her that Tudum was a streaming website. They told her the email that was being used and then GAVE HER THE PASSWORD that was used with the account.

I'm guessing they bought this info on the dark web, because the account was registered with my wife's name and old junk email, and the password was one of my old default passwords.

A lot of people are referencing Netflix, and I believe we have used that email with Netflix in the past, so it is possible that this is somehow linked to them- but I am guessing the info was stolen from them.

One star is way too high

One star is way too high. This was a straight deceptive rip off. I never signed up with Tudum.co or ALW-BE which showed up in my credit card account as a direct withdrawal twice a month for roughly $5 and $40. When you go the ALW website it says you cannot cancel. However, I just did an online chat where they claim I was able to cancel on the spot. I hope that was real. A pure ripoff. Tudum is a video streaming company among others.

Hi jacking your info from Netflix!

My husband nor I never signed up for this service! It's affiliated with Netflix somehow? After discovering it on our bank statement I called and canceled. Get this. The first time it was my name my bank card ! The second time they said they had no information on me. The third time trying to cancel it was my husband's name but my bank card !! What ? How ? My belief is they take your information from your Netflix account and sign you up however they can. When you cancel you're still not canceled! They just keep changing the information to other profiles on your account! Rip off, scam bs !! And if Netflix is ok with this , I will cancel them next ! Watch your bank accounts people! This speedball tactics these companies use have to be stopped!!

Tudum.co Scam- Are they affiliated with Netflix?

I should have been monitoring a credit card more closely. Found this Tudum outfit that is allegedly aligned with Netflix, to which we have subscribed for years, has been taking $39.95 per month since July. I just put a stop to it, calling the phone number listed for the company that is charging to my credit card. That company is CRKAMN.COM. The foreign boiler room operator with whom I spoke stopped the charges, but told me I have to contact tudum.co directly to try to get my money back.
Never signed up for this outfit. Trying to find out if they are affiliated with Netflix since their website indicates that.
