Getting in touch with a customer service representative is near impossible. It takes 3-5 days for a reply. I was sent a faulty product and asked to mail it back to them so they could issue a replacement (after I had provided videos of the issue). After spending $400 dollars with this company I think the least they could do is send me a return label to send their faulty item back. Will not shop here again - buyers beware.

Tufting.co is a joke. They cancelled my order claiming it was a fraud. I contacted them immediately asking what happened. The response I got was next to nothing, they didn't try to help or give me any options. After I insisted a few times (I was almost begging them to let me buy their products), they said that they forwarded the issue to the billing department and they would be contacting me shortly after. A week passed and nothing. I think they didn't like the fact that I used a promo code (that they sent me) to buy a gun. Otherwise, I have no idea what happened. Mike, the guy that responded to my emails, was lacking professionalism and customer service skills. I would NEVER recommend this site to anyone. In the end I think it was a sign, because the tufting gun that I bought instead looks a thousand times better than the ones at tufting.co (they all look like toys).
