Never finished the Job

The Owner (Jeff) came out and looked at my pool heater early this spring (2026). He said that he would come back in two weeks as he was on vacation the following week. Never showed. I followed up with an email to him and he said that he could order parts to fix it. I asked him to order the parts. Then he ghosted me. I booked this repair on his website for $170.00. My 170 did not get me a repair just a wasted summer for my family to enjoy the pool and a pool heater with the cover screws removed. He seemed like a competent and nice guy. I would love to update this review if he will resolve the issue and makeup for his oversight.
