Our experience with TUI was very disappointing.

The level of assistance provided was extremely poor, close to nonexistent. The services sold are clearly overestimated in terms of quality and do not match the reality at all.

Although transport is organized by TUI, the waiting times were excessive and poorly managed. The TUI representatives at the hotel were not helpful in our case — interacting with them felt like a waste of time, involving unnecessary bureaucracy rather than actual support.

Our holiday at AluaSoul Palma was far below expectations. Given the gap between what was promised and what was delivered, we requested at least a partial refund. However, the process with TUI has been very difficult — almost impossible — with little cooperation and slow, frustrating communication.

Overall, the experience with TUI has been disappointing both during the trip and afterward.

would also like to mention that I am a chemo patient.
My husband wanted to do something nice for me and surprise me with this trip. He wanted to make me happy, without knowing whether I was even able to travel. When we realized that the trip was not possible for me due to my health condition, we cancelled it immediately.

The fact that we now had to pay the full amount despite cancelling within only 9 hours is very painful for us — both emotionally and financially. It hurts us deeply to have lost EUR 2,824 for a trip that never took place and that we cancelled right away.

I like this hotel.

too long process, too many steps, the options chosen became unavailable when trying to pay, no English site for CH - this is the worst, 40% of migrants in the country, all speak English

We visited this hotel for the second time, and once again, everything was exceptional. From the delicious food and excellent service to the friendly staff and spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel — we were truly impressed.
We also took advantage of the spa center, where we had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Sema, a wonderful lady who offered us an outstanding spa package. We were beyond satisfied with the experience and her warm, professional approach.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great hospitality. Just one piece of advice — don’t leave without asking for Mrs. Sema at the spa center. She will make your stay even more special!

Room description was a bit confusing. Better to have more pictures to clarify the status of the rooms.

The booking went wong 2 times. I have entered a message to book this trip. However now with a 3rd time it finally worked... But it took me more than an hour just to book...

Love the possibility to filter for gluten free holidays. The website is slow to load, in particular the photos of the properties.

We booked one night in Wengen from TUI, we booked a very nice upgraded more expensive room with a view and balcony and paid company in full and received a confirmation from TUI the next day with the room that we booked. Upon arrival at the hotel, hotel informed us they were overbooked and we were downgraded into the smallest room on the attic, no view, small window and no balcony. Hotel informed us that this happened to few TUI customers and there was nothing they could do for us. I contacted TUI the next day to ask for partial refund, they said there is nothing they could do because we did not call them from the hotel instead of dealing with hotel directly behind the scenes. I just want to make sure for any future customers to be aware of their business model and there is no recourse or even attempt to help. We cannot do anything because we prepaid in full, I am just glad it was one night and not a ruined longer vacation. We would never use them again and will go through much more known companies. We travel all the time and this is the first time I had to deal with such blatant lack of recourse. Julia
