I am very happy with everything from ordering to delivery.
Good price and works very good. Easy to use, our cat had no problem using it on the first day.
We got the order very fast, great service. I will use this company again.
We ordered about 50 plants of four varieties. Two varieties (lavender and achillea millefolium) were completely dead when they arrived. Very small plants, the millefolium plants had hardly any leaves visible and the ones which were there were completely brown. The lavender was just a few dried up stalks. In total there were three plants usable. However, these plants were also very small and certainly not worth the money. Tuinadvieses plants are not cheap. Subsequently we went to the garden center to buy these plants and we received good quality there for much less money. We handed in a complaint to Tuinadvies and we are very curious now on how this will be dealt with.

Sent me a wrong item which was heavier and bulkier. Had to waste my time collecting it, printing label and bringing it to send it back. While I just ordered something small and wanted to collect it from collection point. On second attempt they sent it straight to my home address, even initialy I wanted it to be sent to a collection point.
Fast handling of the order and what I received was what I ordered.
