I bought a lamp using the Black Friday discount code on Nov 11th. The website said the product would be available in 4 days.
After two weeks of silence, I contacted support. They will not ship it until January 2025.
Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Esta empresa le hecha la culpa a DHL y no se hace responsable. DHL por su parte no da señales de vida.
De momento recomiendo no comprar nada a tulampara.es
1. De momento mal, aun no me ha llegado el pedido, pero han pasado ya diez días y la lampara sigue en Alemania, cinco días para enviarla y lleva otros cinco en DHL Alemania, no se a que esperan para enviarla.
No es de recibo que tarden 15 días o un mes en enviar una lamparita que tienen en stock. Ya veremos qué llega y cuando.

This company blamed DHL and is not responsible. DHL, for its part, is not giving any sign of life.
At the moment I recommend not buying anything from tulampara.es
1. So far, things are bad, I still haven't received the order, but it's been ten days and the lamp is still in Germany, five days to send it and it's been another five in DHL Germany, I don't know what they're waiting for to send it.
It's not acceptable that they take 15 days or a month to send a lamp that they have in stock. We'll see what arrives and when.
