Really great customer service, they emailed me back immediately and were very helpful with their reply. The quality of the dress is great and it's definitely one I'll be saving to wear in the future!

I ordered a dress with custom sizing and it fit perfectly and arrived way quicker than expected. Probably around 2 weeks. The bridal party I was in all ordered different dresses, even in the different materials, and the colors all matched exactly. Great service, and the bride loved them.

Dress is very nice, the color wasn't exactly what was shown online, a little brighter, but still works.

I was a little sceptical about buying a bridesmaid dress online. However I must say I ordered swatches first to see the fabric and I was after a very unusual colour and tulle and Chantilly had the perfect colour and I loved the style of dress. From my first contact for the swatches through to my order, it was first class service. The dresses had to be customised due to bridesmaid sizes and when the final order arrived, they were absolutely stunning, the fabric, the fit, the quality was all wonderful. I am do berg pleased and happy and am excited for my up coming wedding, thank you Tulle and a Chantilly !!!

Tulle and Chantilly have been fantastic. Great customer service - I had to change the size of one of my bridesmaid dresses (my mistake after placing the order) and Sophie replied really quickly to confirm and make the change without any hassle! I received the dresses really quickly. They are made really well, are true to the colour on the website and were made to my specifications. 5 stars =)!

Gorgeous colour and size 6 fits like a true size 6. Customer service is very responsive, and shipping was fast!

due to the global pandemic I wasn't sure about ordering a dress online! But was pleasantly surprised with the fast interaction and such nice staff! My dress arrived and it was practically perfect in every way! Can not wait to stand next to my girl as she marries her soul mate !

I am sooooooooo happy to say, "I love my dress," after stressing and thinking I had to be stuck between two David bridal dresses that did not complement me. My search began and I came across your website and you had the colour!!!! Not only that, the style was much more prettier for my body shape and the perfect pick for a maid-of-honor. Then on top of that you and your team worked diligently to make sure my dress was made to fit correctly and was sent out on time!!! Such a blessing and a very happy customer.

My friend (the bride) was disappointed that of 6 bridesmaids, 4 of us received skirts and tops that did not fit and were all too big. I had ordered two tops to see which would work best and both were a bust —The color of the fabric was unlike the online pictures (stark white vs a soft ivory/off white), the fabric was cheap and itchy and both looked unflattering and baggy on me - they weren’t cheap and now I had to add the cost of alterations. But one of the tops was so oddly made and cut short that I had no way to fix the gapping neckline. The Customer Service team required pictures proving my dissatisfaction, which required a lot of my time and wasted time at that because even then they talk you into paying more because they do not actually stand by any satisfaction guarantee. You essentially have to bargain with them to be satisfied ... it’s very frustrating. I felt forced to reorder and essentially buy the tops again.

ABOUT RETURNS
They will discourage you from returning items you’re unhappy with because though the company is in California, the dresses are made and shipped from China.

The Customer Service rep discouraged me from returning the items even though I was unhappy with them because the shipping was on me and would be very expensive back to China. So though they say you can return things, essentially it’s impossible—very misleading.

I would not recommend anyone in the US use this company - it’s too big a chance with an unreliable outcome.

Customer service is really friendly, Once you make your order, you will get emails, double checking if your measurements are exactly what you want. Ladies are really friendly. My dress came on time, in great condition. Fits me well, no need for alterations:) thank you everyone! I love guys you are the best! I’ll be ordering more in the future !

Love this site! My dress can super quick and to my exact measurements! Now I don’t have to pay money for alterations! The color is so beautiful and you can absolutely tell it’s well made. Will definitely be using them in the future as well!

I honestly was super skeptical of ordering a dress online. I am 6’6” and finding dresses for my super tall frame is hard to find.

My friend told me that she wanted these dresses for her wedding and I submitted a request for my measurements. They emailed to double check and made sure everything was ok which I really appreciated. I got my dress and it is absolutely PERFECT. The length, where it hits and it is so flattering I cannot wait to wear it. Thank you so much for being so flexible and communicative!

The color (canyon rose) and quality of the dress is exactly what I expected. It especially looks lovely in the sunlight and is perfect for the wedding theme. It does get hot quickly as I do live in Florida and it is often humid; this of course was to be expected as well because of its length. I did not know the dress was to have a lined bra and corset type structure in the waist. This is a nice detail but I would definitely include this in the dress description on the website if it is not already there. Two things I could have changed: a majority of the weight of the dress rests on my straps, perhaps because the waist could have been just a centimeter tighter, and the fabric around the arms (off the shoulders) could have been slightly more loose. Other than that, the dress compliments me well and is great. I love it!

I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress from Tulle & Chantilly. Despite carefully checking my measurements multiple times before choosing a size, the dress I was sent was ridiculously small around my bust and ribcage in comparison to the measurements stated on their website. I contacted Tulle & Chantilly in order to return it, but their policy only allows returns within an incredibly short, 5-day period. Due to COVID-19 travel closures, I was not able to try on my dress until a few days after this 5-day period. Despite many other clothing and regular stores allowing anywhere from 1-2 extra months for returns, due to these unforeseen circumstances, the Tulle and Chantilly employee I contacted was not helpful in ensuring the return of my dress that was obviously made too small. Instead of offering an exchange or refund, as one might expect from an incorrect order, they only offered to remake it if I paid for it AGAIN, and the dress I ordered was $154. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and the accuracy of the dress sizes was extremely incorrect. On the plus side, the material of the dress was nicely made. But for potential formal dress buyers, please look elsewhere for a better shopping and customer service experience, price, and product.

I ordered my bridesmaid dress from tulle and chantilly and I honestly was pretty nervous since it's always hard shopping for clothes online since you can't try it on, but I completely love it! The dress actually arrived faster than expected, but even if it had taken awhile , I can completely say it would have been worth it. The dress is GORGEOUS! and the robe is so soft! I took some pictures, but they honestly do NOT do it JUSTICE! They are super high quality and fit perfectly. I gave my measurements as they suggest on their website with the video, and it fits like a glove. I know this is a bridesmaid dress but i will definitely be wearing it after the wedding. And the color is also super beautiful and true to the picture. I love it.

I was the winner of 6 free bridesmaids dresses from an online giveaway. I chose the Sleeveless Tulle Long Bridesmaid Dress with Halter Neck TBQP359, in Burgundy and the dresses are actually far more beautiful in person then they appear online. We were pleasantly surprised! The burgundy color is absolutely perfect! Customer service was also very responsive and easy to work with. 5 stars!

Five stars on everything!!! I am a new customer and I have to admit, I was quite hesitant about ordering online specially living so far away from the actually company and not being able to try on the dresses. I live in the state of California specifically in the Valley. If you are familiar with the area, you can imagine the lack of selection of stores we have around here; the biggest one that comes to my mind is David’s Bridal. I was so glad I gave Tulle and Chantilly a chance. Dresses are spectacular!! They look exactly as the picture, including colors (in my case it was Taupe). Fabric was also very nice not cheap at all!! Every time I tried contacting them they responded. I ended up ordering three dresses for bridesmaids even the one that was customized was on point! Length was perfect made them all look very elegant. I cannot give anything but great reviews on this website. If you are a bride running out of store options I totally recommend this website. Just make sure to read all directions to avoid any confusions and give yourself enough time to have your dress ordered, made, and delivered by the date you need it. Also don’t forget to follow THEIR measurement chart and guides. Other than that...thank you so much Tulle and Chantilly!!☺️

I bought a maternity dress (SKU TBQP472) and it was great. I ordered it larger than what I thought I needed, just in case, and ended up only needing to alter the bust a little bit. It was comfortable and pretty. I am happy with my experience with Tulle and Chantilly and their communication. The other woman in our bridal party also ordered a dress from here and it was beautiful.

I recently bought a dress that was under the “Maternity Bridesmaid Dresses” tab. I ordered a size 10 based off my bust size because I’m pregnant and hip and waist measurements don’t apply to someone who’s pregnant and keeps changing sizes. Well my dress did not fit over my belly. It wouldn’t zip. After a few back and forth emails with a rep from Tulle, she finally admitted in an email that they could not guarantee the dress would have fit me even if I had ordered a size up or provided hip and waist measurements like they wanted. So if you are pregnant DO NOT buy from this company. The dress is beautiful but doesn’t fit and even after alterations is still tight around my belly. Let me save you the hassle...if you’re expecting don’t buy from them.
