I have ordered for a cosmetic product:Age-Defying Collagen Eye Serum. I received it after a long time, and I used it.No indications about the mode of use... I got a cornea burn on my left eye, and i had to go to the hospital. Tumble cat asked me to return the product to have my money back. I did it and sent the proof of my expedition. No money back, and no more news.....

I would Not recommend this dishonest seller! I payed money n never got items i ordered, despite $45 shipping and handling n their 3-5 days promises!

Beware! Thank I payed by PayPal and was able to open a dispute case against tumble cat! Tumble cat does Not worth even 1 star!!!

I had bought a product in 18 April 2018 (ORDER #TC28375) and until today, 5 September 2019, more than a year after, I had never received the product nor my money back!
Meantime, we had exchanged many emails but they are all the same, saying nothing! They just keep asking my address again and again but my address is correct and I had never changed it!
So, WATCH OUT, PEOPLE! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!

Be warned this company is a scam artist!! They take your money and advertise a 100% guarantee or your money back with no questions. Then refuse to honour the guarantee when their product shows up and does not match their advertised information about it. Size chart measurements are way off. Been fighting with them since Dec. Still no resolution. Last email was Feb 26 that they would honour a partial refund for their false advertisement. Still not received. BBB is now involved. They are now on FB advertising. You’ve been warned. They take forever or flat out refuse to respond to email or messaging.

The worst online company I have dealt with ever. After almost 6months I received my parcel to find the quality poor and a part of it damaged.

When I complained I got an offer of a 30% discount on my next purchase. Sorry, but the product is of poor quality. Why would I want to buy another poor quality item from here?

So irritated by the way I have been treated here. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

They never sent a tracking number so was waiting for like a month not know when it was going to arrive. The phone case they sent was not what i ordered. it also wasnt even for my phone. so in short they snet me the wrong product for the wrong phone

They have very shallow reasons, why you cannot return your goods.There is absolutely no indication on purchase, that it´s not possible to return your goods. Don´t buy anything!!!

No exchange item, no refund, no reply.

ordered a size large wind/rain proof pants....took forever to get here...then when l tried to put them on l realized a size large would fit a skinny USA 12 year old girl but certainly not an adult woman....in response to my inquiry to exchange them, they said to send them back and gave me an address in Selangor Malaysia. Are they kidding!!!! Don't order anything from this company

Just an addendum to this post. Ironically after leaving my review below, the product arrived today. The box was completely smashed inside the bag they shipped it in instead of a box. Product is broken and leaking. Also noted - product shipped from China. There are no usage directions with the product and all writing on the box is Chinese. Flimsy plastic container which is why it broke. Awful.

Took my money over 8weeks ago and order was NEVER received. This company is a rip off. I was forced to leave one star as there was no option to leave none. Emailed over and over and no one responded. They are a fraud.

They just didn´t deliver my order and charged full price... dont´t buy them.

Please be warned about this so called company , I Ordered a remote 🚗 for my grandson 21st November. As an Xmas Present 🎁 thinking a month would be plenty of time to arrive , it wasn’t a cheap one it was $51 They kept fobbing me off with e mails. Saying it’s on it’s ways right up until Xmas , sent me a bogus. Tracking number after I threatened them , as. It been in China. Since the day they supposedly posted it , and now it’s. Two months later. And still nothing , They don’t even answer my e mails now , I have claimed back from Pay Pal. Thankfully I paid with pay pal and they have opened up a dispute with them , Which so far they have ignored pay pay also .
So il be refunded next week . Scammers. All from China Would have been Crap I expect . Never ever again.

I want to give ZERO Stars!!! Ordered a gift for Christmas....Since this sham of a company is located in Laos, the shipping time took almost a month. The product arrived scratched/damaged, and no reply to e-mails from PayPal and I have even been answered. They operate under several names, many Americanized to fool consumers.

Absolute disgrace. I ordered the weatherproof trousers. They took weeks to arrive and are the wrong size, wrong colour and are appalling quality. I have tried to return them and they just ignore you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A RIP OFF OPERATION.

I ordered 2 windshields cleaners for snowy/icy windshields from a Facebook ad in November of 2018. Late in December they arrived...hah! Two empty red plastic holders that are completely useless. There was no paperwork included; the return address on the package was a P.O. box in the someplace in the Philippines and so it goes. I tried complaining to Facebook by way of their byzantine customer service site to no response. But do not...repeat DO NOT deal with anything from Tumblecat. It's clearly a scam operation.

I ordered a mobile phone screen enlarger and reading glasses at the start of November as Christmas presents and was charged the full amount on the 13th of November. When nothing had arrived by mid December, I sent several emails, which were eventually answered on the 23rd of December with a tracking number, which was inactive when I tried it. I emailed the company back to notify them of this and received an answer after Christmas, telling me that the package must have gotten lost and that they would resend it as soon as I would agree to this. I answered that I was not interested in the items any more as Christmas had passed, and that I would like my money refunded. 2 weeks later, after I had initiated the reimbursement process with my credit card company, the items arrived and the screen enlarger was broken. As this had to be posted back to Singapore to return, postage is huge and has to be covered by the buyer. I was well and truly ripped off and I am absolutely outraged that they are allowed to trade!

NEVER buy from them. I ordered something in November and since November 27 it has been “ready for shipping“. I have sent many email responses to the company and get the same message every time. They are looking into it. B S. B.S. Total B.S. I can’t even get my money back and I am on a fixed income. They should be shamed of themselves. The better business bureau should investigate!!!!

Apsolute disgrace what I got sent through for my order firstly it was five weeks late after I paid for speedy delivery and didn't get any money back for this then I would be embarrassed to show the flimsy plastic broken product sent to me to my dog never mind a friend or family member never never ever use this site don't be fooled into thinking it's products are good

This is the worst company ever. Do not buy ANYTHING from them. I ordered the winter pants and they took forever to get to me, then the pants didn't fit at all. When I reached out for a refund (after 3 tries of no response within a span of 3 weeks), when they FINALLY responded, I was told that I'd get my refund after I paid to have it shipped all the way back to Malaysia. The shipping cost about the same as the pants so basically it's a wash and I list $50. The customer service is horrible and the quality is just as bad. Save yourself the headache and time and just keep looking for what you want elsewhere. This is NOT the place to find it.

DO NOT buy from them! I have tried to return something for months and get canned emails. AWFUL customer service!
