Hi! We're a very welcoming, warm and friendly gay couple who would love to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. You'll have your own beautifully decorated bedroom with en-suite toilet, built-in wardrobes, free wifi, built-in bluetooth speakers in the bedroom and toilet, a breakfast room with continental choices, large grounds for you to wander, ample safe and secure parking onsite, smoking area outside and security cameras on the outside of the cottage to ensure you're safe and protected on our very private property.

A Perfect Stay

Arrive as guests and leave as friends, this really sums up a stay at Tumbleweed. Shann and Sef go out of their way to make you so welcome in this lovely cottage. Just minutes from the motorway yet surrounded by countryside. Tumbleweed is dog friendly and there are lovely quiet walks as soon as you leave. Breakfast is excellent with a good selection, you can also book for the evening meal, again this is really good home cooking. Tumbleweed was a perfect peaceful base for us as we could visit Bakewell, Lincoln and York in the day and come back to a relaxing cosy atmosphere

Tumbleweed Cottage is amazing

Tumbleweed Cottage is amazing. The room rates are on the higher side, but still, this isthe kind of hotel that you must experience and prolly gonna remember for your whole life

Sef & Shan Alan & I had a wonderful…

Sef & Shan Alan & I had a wonderful stay with you guys. By far one of the nicest places we have had the fortunate pleasure of staying in. Compliments to the chef the food is 5* absolutely beautiful to eat, presentation immaculate. Honestly we cannot wait to come back a wonderful experience. T- advisor wouldn’t let me say everything I wanted to say, hence I’ve reviewed you here. See you soon guys x

One of the best b&b’s I’ve stayed in.

I needed a b&b at short notice as I left Cardiff and had to see a client in Worksop the following day. I was unsure how far I wanted to drive.

I rang this b&b and is sounded good so I drove further than expected.

The room was comfortable with a lovely bed, sky tv,a nice shower room complimented by a superb view.

Breakfast was excellent.

The hosts have done a good job and I would highly recommend this b&b.

Great Accommodation

We cannot recommend this B&B enough.
Having looked last minute for a dog-friendly stop-over near Newark we came across Tumbleweed Cottage on an internet search.
From the first telephone call we were expertly advised and made welcome. Sef and Shaan, the proprietors, could not do enough for us.
The room was modern, well furnished, clean and had everything that we needed. (Even dog treats)
They advised us where to get an evening meal and even how to get there.
The breakfast the following day was superb.
Sef and Shaan were great company and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful cottage.
We will certainly use this B&B again when travelling this way.
