I have never received the promotional discounts. But my absolutely disgusted review is that having placed 18 separate orders on the same day, using the buy with one click facility Tumu took my money from my bank account via paypal. I have a print out of the transactions which I offered to send to Tumu. The problem - I received my package today with all 18 items. Most of them i want to return but when I log on they have no record on the Tumu system that I placed an order or that they received any money from me for the order - strange as I have the package here in my house. I have spent 3 hours typing back and forth with their so call customer service only to finally be told that they have no record of my order and are unable to explain why the money was taken (over 200 euros) or indeed why I received the goods that I ordered. I offered to send them the goods returned with my account number but despite offering again and again they ignored my question and ignored me asking why they were ignoring me. Needless to say I will never use them again
